We chose Spire Soirées & Stems for our wedding flowers and couldn't have been happier with the decision. Brittany was incredibly responsive throughout the entire planning process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. I shared my color palette and the vibe I wanted, then told her I trusted her expertise, and she absolutely nailed it. The florals were stunning—better than anything I could have imagined on my own. Brittany clearly knows her craft and cares about creating something special for each couple. If you're looking for a florist who listens, communicates well, and delivers gorgeous work, we highly recommend them.

Florals
The design concept we discussed did not align with what I was provided with on my wedding day. My bridesmaid helped fix my bridal bouquet using flowers from other arrangements, and even some flowers in the original bouquet were dying. Wedding coordinators at the venue let me know near the end of the night that they added flowers from their garden to make our arrangements look better/more full. I understand working with a budget but if I would have known, I would rather have went with something else. I tried to ask for communication for months about what flowers would be used throughout the process and I was told to trust the florists’ design process. I did receive photos of some flowers the week of the wedding but not realizing yellow would be used so much when we had not spoken about that color at all.

Brittany and Katie
Brittany and Katie were great for me day of and for the rehearsal dinner! I probably should’ve chosen them for the month of because I was able to do a lot of the stuff prior by myself! Everything was great day of and the day before, Katie was with me on site and she kept everything running on schedule and Brittany did my beautiful florals.

Amazing florist!
Spire Soirées & Stems made planning our flowers stress-free from start to finish. The team sent us pictures and updates throughout the week leading up to our wedding, which really helped us feel prepared and excited. When the flowers arrived on our big day, they were absolutely stunning and even better than we imagined. The florist was so kind and helpful, even taking the time to carry everything into our kitchen for us. We loved working with them and would not hesitate to recommend them to other couples looking for beautiful florals and top-notch service.

Disappointed in floral service
this review is for floral services only - Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with our experience with this florist, considering the expectations that were set when everything was originally discussed and priced out. First, we ordered all real flowers. she asked me last minute if i’m okay with adding fake ones as fillers, but it turns out most of our actual flowers were fake, the real ones were mostly greenery. On our wedding day, several important items were either missing or not completed as promised and listed it out in our order. All of the corsages for our mothers and grandmothers were missing entirely (2 moms 3 grandmas), as were FOUR ceremony aisle arrangements. We ordered 6 to line the aisle and there were 2 at the entrance. These ceremony aisle arrangements were supposed to be moved so there were random empty vases everywhere because of that. The bud arrangements had fewer stems than what we had ordered (our order list says 3 per every bud vase) and there were flowers promised for the bridesmaids’ bouquets that were also missing. i could clearly see the foam in all of our arrangements when she said she’d use moss to cover it, we even had moss ourselves. the existing arrangements did not look like the inspiration photos we had provided and discussed as well. there were random branches in them and florals/greenery we didn’t ask for that looked like weeds. The entire process on the wedding day also felt very rushed. The florist arrived late and was still finishing arrangements in the middle of our wedding photos. Because of our photography schedule, I could not step away to check on the flowers or see the arrangements in person at that time. As a result, I did not actually get to see the finished floral arrangements until after our ceremony, when there was nothing I could do to address the issues. What was particularly frustrating is that the florist was the person who originally priced everything out for us, so I expected the final product to reflect what we had specifically ordered and discussed. I also expected much better communication throughout the process, particularly when there were issues or changes that would affect what we were receiving on our wedding day. I understand that wedding days can be hectic and that things don’t always go perfectly, but these were not small details. Corsages for the mothers and grandmothers, four ceremony aisle arrangements, specific flowers in bridesmaids’ bouquets, and the agreed-upon quantity and overall look of the arrangements were all things we had paid for and expected to receive. I do want to give credit where it is due: the day-of coordinator provided by the florist was overall very good and helpful, and we appreciated her assistance throughout the day. She set up all of our other decorations and wasn’t a part of the florals. Unfortunately, that does not change our experience with the floral services. I ultimately wish there had been better communication, better attention to the details we had agreed upon, and more care taken with the execution. Your wedding flowers are a significant part of the day, and unfortunately, this was an area of our wedding that left us very disappointed. Also to note, we found a bucket of unused real flowers the next morning, i have no idea why that was not used by the florist. I did try to contact her after to see if she would resolve anything or provide an explanation but she read it and didn’t respond.

We strive to provide exceptional service, and we’d love to help you better understand why some adjustments were made to best suit the overall design upon arrival. It was never to not provide those items, it was simply due to size and budget restraint after some changes. However, we truly apologize the wrist corsages could not be located after arrival and placement on setup, which we are providing with refund.
