Poplar Hill is a 100 acre farm that was built in 1790. The home is surrounded by mature landscape with English boxwoods and crepe myrtles that are 100 years old. Every couple and family that come to Poplar Hill tell us that our pictures do not do it justice! We take pride in the care of the house and grounds and cherish the opportunity to share it with others!

CountyLine Vineyard & Venue is an off the beaten path wedding venue set in the countryside of central Virginia. Shortly down the lane in view are a picturesque venue barn, vineyard, pre-civil war log cabin, and fields offering beautiful backdrops for a wedding ceremony, reception, and photographs. Artistic wood features abound throughout the barn. Much of the wood, harvested right from the property, was meticulously shaped by hand to add a warm artistic feel to the spaces within. Along with a 2,000 square foot banquet room, there's a bridesmaids get-ready suite, caterer's prep room, restroom facility, and an outdoor bar and patio areas. Also located on the property is a pre-civil war log cabin available for overnight accommodations for event guests. The Two Sisters Event Venue located in Downtown Franklin, Virginia is a 5000 sq. foot building that is a fresh and bright space decorated in hues of a neutral grey and blue. It has a very large banquet room with 20 60" round tables and 150 banquet chairs. In addition there is a buffet room with 6 rectangle tables, another separate room that can be used for a bridal room, photobooth, etc. We also include a Warming kitchen for your caterers to prepare your meals and bathrooms. We rent for all events, parties and business functions. We give you plenty of time to setup your events and offer tours for you to view the space in person. As we renovated this historic 1921 Cadillac Dealership, we respected its character and kept the exposed brick walls, original black & white marble Showroom floor and lofty 30' ceilings with skylights. We added only "real" materials like concrete, brick, steel, reclaimed wood and glass in bringing the old building back to life as a wedding venue. The result is a truly unique, handcrafted, industrial urban-renewal work of art! Cadillac Service Garage features a private Terrace Courtyard, gorgeous architectural features, industrial texture and a Wandering Garden for photography, multiple indoor & outdoor ceremony locations, two large, well-appointed private suites with early access, two built-in bars, a built-in stage, on-site parking, custom-built farm tables & Chiavari chairs, and custom lighting that includes permanent (indoor & outdoor) festoon string lights.
