The Colonial Hotel was the perfect place to host our wedding. We stayed over the night before and got ready there the morning of, and had our cocktail hour and reception under the tent. From the first email, Mary was beyond helpful and communicative. She made the entire process as smooth as possible. I always felt like she had it under control! She even let us drop off our decor a couple weeks in advance, and then her and her team handled all of the setup. Although I was extremely involved in the planning during my engagement, Mary made it easy to enjoy the day and forget about all of the little things. The convenience of the Colonial Grille made it easy to continue on to our after party. The food was great and so were the drinks! The best part was finishing pictures and immediately having Mary deliver my new husband & I our signature cocktails without having to ask. Their partnership with Gerardos also made the cake process extremely easy. Would 10000000% recommend working with Mary & her team for your big day!

The venue itself was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for - an all-inclusive package with a hotel on-site for our out-of-town guests. This venue is STUNNING! We wanted a place that was beautiful enough on its own that we could save money on decor, and THIS WAS IT! Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were beautiful. And we loved that we had access to the patio and outdoor fireplace all night, many great spots for our guests to mingle during the reception while they watched the sunset. Our day-of coordinator was super helpful and professional, but we didn’t get to meet him until the day before the wedding. Up until that point we worked exclusively with the “Event Coordinator” sales associate, who was nice enough but not very communicative. I often had to follow up multiple times to get my questions answered, she rarely reached out first with information, or she’d think she sent me things she hadn’t yet. I know a “coordinator” is not the same as a “planner,” but my other vendors were surprised she wasn’t more hands on. The venue is totally worth it, but the person that gives you the tour will likely be the same person you work with throughout the planning process, so make sure you like their vibe!

All of the staff was truly incredible and we’ve gotten so many compliments on the food, venue and ceremony. We can not wait to see all of the amazing details of our day that Rachel and Dmitry captured. Also, thank you so much for the photo, card, and Prosecco. Our wedding services and settings are very different from the typical wedding and reception facility. At Arrowhead Acres, you choose the setting -- traditional or rustic. We offer the formal setting of our beautiful Banquet Room, and the informal setting of our gorgeous Chapel-In-The-Pines, Rustic Country Barn Area, and Park Pavilion. Although many of the wedding ceremonies and receptions held at Arrowhead Acres are traditional, we welcome non-traditional wedding themes.

This venue is GORGEOUS. The owners and staff were so kind. The value for what you pay is beyond worth it!! The banquet hall is huge, the outdoor ceremony area is so beautiful without adding any decorations and the fire pit outside was such a fun touch!!

Bush Meadow Farm, LLC was the perfect venue for our fall wedding weekend. Nancy and Barry were very communicative and responsive to all of our many questions throughout the planning process. The space was beautiful and a great blank slate that allowed us to make it our own. The on-site apartments were so convenient for our parties during the weekend and to have a casual rehearsal night. They went above and beyond with some lovely fall decor touches and we absolutely loved the open field and gorgeous patio that opened to our rehearsal site. They were also incredibly accommodating, allowing us to visit multiple times to get ideas during our planning. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and team to work with for our special day.

We had all the details in the contract, but it wasn’t until we saw it , that we realized they went above and beyond to make this event very festive and unforgettable for everyone. My husband and I got married at the Hilton in Woburn on 6/8/24. Anyone that knows me, knows I stress about everything like there is no tomorrow. The Hilton put all my worries at ease. I did have a few different wedding coordinators throughout the process but they all were very helpful and communicated well with one another when switching to a different coordinator. Ruth and Kari- the best of the best! Responded quickly if I had any questions or concerns. We had our ceremony and reception at the Hilton. Kari and Alli (director of banquets)- words cannot even express how grateful I felt having both of them help with the ceremony entrances as we had an odd amount of people in the wedding party. Kari and Alli were both there the day of our wedding and made sure everything was set up the way I envisioned it. Ruth, Kari, and Alli, thank you all so much for making my wedding day the best, most memorable day, of my life!

I had such a great experience working at David Rubenstein Treehouse. The space is beautiful with tons of natural light and so many clean, modern backdrops throughout. The team was amazing to work with. Everything felt organized, smooth, and genuinely welcoming, which makes such a difference as a vendor. From our first meeting to our wedding day, everyone was amazing. The stress of wedding planning was made easier with the team at Granite Rose. Lily our day-of coordinator was the best!! She listened to everything that we asked or needed and helped with calming the nerves. Joshua banquet captain was very helpful all around and so sweet. He really made the day run smooth as well. Both of them we just so kind. The whole staff at the Granite Rose is lovely. After the wedding, we received so many comments about how great and professional the staff was. It was the best nights of our lives and we cannot thank you enough for helping us make so many cherished memories. We would 100% recommend this venue to anyone who looking to plan a wedding!

They handled everything day-of, seamlessly coordinating with our vendors, and organizing decor, timeline and tasks. The food was also fantastic, as were the desserts! We used the Tree Top Room. A little under 100 guests. The outdoor ceremony space is beautiful. It’s deceiving because we were wondering how our guests would fit but it was more than enough. It’s also shaded which was perfect for a hot day. Wedding packages are very inclusive and don’t leave a lot for you to worry about. We went with the Ruby package which included 4 passed apps, a cheese and fruit display, champagne toast, salad course, choice of 3 entrees, wedding cake allowance and center pieces for the reception tables(sweet heart table was an extra fee but was reasonable). We added a late night snack station as well. We worked with Janet and had a Day of coordinator, banquet captain and a bridal attendant. The entire staff were absolutely amazing. We got so many compliments from our guests about how smoothly everything went, how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. If you are looking for an all inclusive place that will literally do everything and take away any chance of stress.. I cannot recommend them enough!! They really know what they are doing!

Mindy, Jayme and their team were phenomenal to work with, from our first visit to the venue through the end of our big day. The packages make stressful wedding prep more bearable and their preferred vendors are all top notch. The food is incredible (not an easy thing to find at weddings); the hors d’oeuvres and meal options allow something for everyone. If in doubt, we still hear from people about how great the short rib was! The convenience factor cannot be overstated. Having our wedding at a beautiful, affordable venue helped us out massively with logistics and gave our guests a smooth, easy weekend experience. The Banks was the perfect choice for our small wedding. From the very first conversation, the team was kind, responsive, and detail-oriented. They genuinely cared about making our day special - And the food was incredible! (This is the main reason we chose a restaurant as our venue!) We chose the Fireplace Room and it was cozy and perfect for our group. We used the same space for both the ceremony and dinner, and it was great because it made everything so easy for us and our guests. Food wise, they had a great variety and even accommodated several dietary preferences without missing a beat. If you’re looking for a venue that’s intimate, stress-free, and serves amazing food, I can’t recommend The Banks enough. They truly helped make our wedding unforgettable.

City Winery is as an awesome venue for a wedding. We were able to do a walk through the day before and bring items for set up the day before, which made our day of much easier. The City Winery team was amazing at doing all the set up. They are pros! From reception tables to ceremony chairs. Their sound system is amazing for a DJ and contributed to the reason that our dance floor was packed for three hours straight. Having a 180 person wedding was great for this venue, as we were able to use the dining area, bar area for cocktail hour, and concert venue for the reception. From overseeing our ceremony music to allowing us to truly transforms the space, this venue is a great fit for someone with creative ideas! Additionally, the location was great for our guests and photos (as we got to take some on the roof and get an amazing view of Boston).
