Seven Ponds Farm is a heavenly spot way up in the Catskill mountains, with a dozen ponds and lakes, and pastures as long as the eye can see. GALLERY Seven Ponds is the new sister property of Blenheim Hill Farm, a well-known destination wedding venue with raving reviews. Westwind Orchard is a BioIntensive Orchard and Farm. Our unfiltered and sulfite free cider is pressed onsite. We raise our own chickens. Our honey comes from our bees. We bake our own bread and make fresh mozzarella. Berries, vegetables and herbs are fresh from our garden. Our team will help you curate the perfect menu that highlights our farm-to-table Roman-style cuisine. Each season we host a select number of private events ranging from work retreats, to luncheons, to rehearsal dinners & weddings. Each event is curated by our management team, our events coordinator, and executive chef. We offer traditional Roman-style cuisine inspired by the seasons in a casual family-style format. Bar packages include our natural hard ciders along with New York State wine, beer, and spirits, as well as custom cocktails.
