As we renovated this historic 1921 Cadillac Dealership, we respected its character and kept the exposed brick walls, original black & white marble Showroom floor and lofty 30' ceilings with skylights. We added only "real" materials like concrete, brick, steel, reclaimed wood and glass in bringing the old building back to life as a wedding venue. Evelyn, the owner, and her crew, went above and beyond to make sure my new husband (I love saying that!) and I had a great time, with perpetually full cups, and guests who were given perfect service (but not over served. The winning combination in a bartender). She was incredibly easy to work with, kind, efficient, eager to be helpful on the most stressful day of my life, and worked with me on special requests. I have to admit I was not at my best pre-ceremony. When Evelyn arrived I was running around like a wildly unorganized mad woman (which I am), desperately trying to put finishing touches on the reception site. The relaxed calm demeanor of her entire crew was infectious and just screamed, “We got this!” And got this, they did. I got tons of compliments from our guests on the drinks and the overall delightfulness of the Hops and Vine staff. Our guests were also completely enamored with the adorable signature cocktails sign Evelyn took care of for me. I cannot recommend Hops and Vine enough.
