We stayed best friends across states as we followed different paths, ultimately finding ourselves living in Cincinnati, Ohio, reunited (and eventually married in November 2020). Firefly Productions grew out of a passion to do something that was positive & meaningful, and we named it after the fireflies we loved chasing & capturing as children on those hot, summer Illinois nights. Both of my grandparents have passed away, but I know they are with me every time I see 11:01. On November 1, 2018 (notice the date 11/01) my best friend Blake sat me down, and asked me two questions. "What are your dreams? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" Blake helped me realize that I wanted to start taking filmmaking more seriously and work towards building my videography and photography business, centered around 3 Pillars.
