“We cannot say enough amazing things about Bello Giorno Estate. The location of the estate is adjacent to a small river, which made for absolutely spectacular wedding photos. Think Secret Garden meets Italian Villa! We also loved the intimate feel of the banquet hall, which was the perfect fit for our wedding size. Our guests loved the food and service. Even though we planned our wedding remotely, working with Monica and Stephanie was incredibly easy, as they were very responsive to both email and phone calls. We felt like they went above and beyond to accommodate us and tailor our wedding so it would be perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to hold our wedding. Thank you Bello Giorno!”

“From the moment we first reached out to SkyView Golf Club, their communication was responsive, informative, and super friendly and professional. Jenn was absolutely incredible to work with and I am so happy that she was there with us every step of the way! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning views that provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding day. On the wedding day, our bridal suite attendant (Riley) and cabin attendant (Axel) were more than amazing and made our entire experience that much more perfect! Despite the rain that required us to move the ceremony indoors, the SkyView team executed the change flawlessly and made the space look absolutely stunning. Our guests raved about the amazing food and the attentive staff that went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was more than perfect. “We could not be happier with how our wedding turned out at Mountainville Manor. The venue is beautiful, but the real magic is Lauren and James and the rest of the Mountainville Manor team. They were so accommodating and hard working, making our day feel personal and stress free. It was a huge help to have their vendor recommendations as a starting point, and all of the vendors were great too! I have had so many of our guests tell me how much they enjoyed the wedding, especially the food. Someone even told me that the steak was the best they ever had! All of the food was so good. I only hope someone I know decides to get married there so I can experience Mountainville Manor as a guest. It was special to have all of our family and friends in a place that made us feel like family. The day felt easy and fun for us and our guests. Thank you Mountainville Manor!”

“My wedding was on 9/18/2026, and I am so BLOWN AWAY with how incredible everything was at Waterloo Village. Sindy was our coordinator, and she truly went above and beyond to meet all expectations during the planning stages and on the day of. Wedding venue and coordination: The grounds at Waterloo Village are absolutely beautiful. Granted, the weather was on our side, but one of the biggest deciding factors for us to go with Waterloo was their solid "rain plan" regarding the ceremony. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception areas were in different spaces but in very close proximity to each other, which really gave it an elevated feel. I had a few guests with mobility issues, but they were well taken care of by the venue staff because of the on-site golf cart transportation. Sindy and her assistant, Jordan, were incredible on the day of. So attentive to myself, the groom, the entire bridal party, and our parents and key family members. Sindy was punctual, easy to communicate with, and helped bring my whimsical wedding vision to life. Food and Drinks: Every one of my guests complimented the food and said it was some of the best they have ever had for a wedding. It was abundant and constantly flowing. The cocktails were incredible, and each cocktail matched its specific glassware, which was important to me. The desserts were also incredible, and we went with a funfetti cake, warm chocolate chip cookies (best I've ever had), and the mini gelato cones. There were so many things to choose from, and everything was fresh and amazing. My husband and I hope to be guests at a JAM Hospitality Group wedding to experience the entire event from a different perspective. Everything was great. 1000/10 would recommend Waterloo Village to any couple who wants a whimsical, magical, forest vibe wedding with amazing staff, food, and drinks. One of the absolute happiest days of our lives!”

“There is nothing but wonderful things to say about Mama's catering services. We used Mama's catering for our wedding in September 2026. From the beginning, communication and planning with Sheri was seamless and quick. We were able to completely customize the menu to our liking including cocktail hour appetizers, dinner, and desserts. Sheri is incredibly kind and helpful in her communications and has many years of customer service and planning experience. Sheri and Tom were nothing but kind, generous and thoughtful throughout our planning process. Sheri even contacted my venue to talk to the coordinator to make sure the day of and catering would go smoothly. The day of catering team lead by Corynna could not have been more wonderful. The cocktail hour food was delicious, hot, and it was passed around abundantly and efficiently to the guests. The many butlers and large catering team were incredibly thorough, thoughtful, and attentive when serving food during cocktail hour and dinner. We were blessed with a dedicated server for just the bride and groom, and we were served our own appetizer plate and dinner plates and were able to enjoy our delicious food during a chaotic day. The dinner food was served hot and generously to all guests with many chosing to go up for seconds! We had an endless amount of our guests comment on our delicious food, with many commenting especially on how delicious the pear purses are (my personal favorite). There was also a dedicated server to just the 2 Gluten Free guests, who were served their own meals. Mama's also was able to provide us with a late night pizza service that guests also enjoyed. Corynna communicated seamlessly with all of the other vendors including the bartenders and DJ. All of the servers were incredibly present the day of and could not have been more perfect. They were constantly checking in, making sure we had everything we needed, and paying attention to the little details so that we didn’t have to worry about anything. Their thoughtfulness went far beyond simply serving the food. They genuinely cared about making sure our day went smoothly and that we, our families, and our guests were taken care of. We would absolutely recommend Mama's team to anyone looking for a catering team that genuinely cares about their couples and their guests!”

“Wish I could give this family-owned venue 100 stars. My husband and I could not have dreamed of a more beautiful, more seamless, more special day than the one we had for our mid-September wedding. It was the first venue we saw, and the only one we needed to. We live in Manhattan, and it with transportation coordinated on everyone's behalf, it was easy to get people to and from the city to the venue. Every step of the way during the planning process was organized, easy, and most importantly, FUN, all thanks to the team's creativity, hospitality, and kindness. Crossed Keys acted as true partners that delivered on every sense of the vision. In florist Jess & team are phenomenal, as was the food during cocktail hour & dinner. The service was absolutely fantastic - we did not hire a wedding planner and had no trouble working with the venue directly to coordinate ourselves. Wish we could do it all over again!!!!”

“Absolutely gorgeous venue, with the benefit of having everything (ceremony, cocktail hour/reception) on one property. Worth the price as it comes with soo much food during cocktail hour (all our guests commented on how much there was). I have only glowing reviews about our day of staff. They were absolutely amazing with how attentive and caring they were (shoutout Mckenzie!!! I can’t thank her enough as my bridal attendant. She needs a raise immediately!). The only and biggest let down was my event coordinator. The communication throughout the process leading to our big day was subpar, and she certainly did not make me feel like a priority in her responses to me. Other than my issues with her, I would absolutely recommend Perona Farms as a wedding venue.”

They helped our reception run seamlessly while still ensuring my husband and I felt special. I would highly recommend Bistro Seven Three for a wedding or special event - they made our day a dream come true!”

“Lake Mohawk Country Club was a fantastic venue for our wedding. Their communication style was very flexible - they were happy to chat with us over email or get on a call whenever we had questions. The space itself is absolutely stunning, and the entire team, especially Karen and Blake, were great to work with throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond, unpacking all of our wedding decor and setting it up perfectly. The food was also delicious! If I had to say one negative thing (just so you know this is real.) ... was the cost of the bridal suite and the den, which felt a bit high. Overall, we had an amazing experience at Lake Mohawk Country Club and would highly recommend them to any couples looking for a beautiful wedding venue.”

“Our wedding was the smoothest day we could have asked for. From the time we booked to the morning after, we knew we were in excellent hands. Lea was professional and made booking everything from the wedding itself, tasting, and rehearsal dinner a smooth process answering every question we had, and more we hadn't even thought of. Working with John as our maître d' was a lifesaver. Coordinating us where we had to be, helping us with our banquet menu, and making sure we were able to enjoy our time with our guests while still being able to eat and drink at our cocktail hour made us have a night that we were able to look back on and actually remember, not just be a blur. The venue itself is gorgeous, only doing one event at each property (the Olde Mill Inn itself and the Grain House across the parking lot) each day, so you do not have added stress about timelines or not having support day of. Our ceremony was in the Courtyard, and reception in the ballroom, with easy access to said courtyard if you needed to go outside and get some fresh air. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather, but they are also prepared to be able to host the ceremony indoors just in case.”

“The first thing we noticed about the Grain House was how utterly charming it was, shortly followed by how organized the wedding team was. We fell in love with the cozy, historic space and felt so well taken care of by Lea, the sales manager, and John, our maître d. They were responsive and answered every one of our million (sometimes crazy) questions. We were in disbelief just how much we were getting for the price we were paying, and felt supported during the entire planning process. When the day came, everything went off without a hitch...the servers were wonderful, our guests GUSHED about the food and space, and John was a total champ...our photographer even noted how on top of everything he was! The BEAUTIFUL outdoor space in addition to the dining area made it feel secluded, and truly like a fairytale (tented outdoor dancefloor!!). We could hardly believe that the GIANT suite where we stayed that night was included in our package! Days later, our guests continue to tell us that our wedding was the best they have ever been to. Ultimately, our wedding was the best day of our lives so far, and a huge part of that is the lovely team at the Grain House!”

“Bridgewater Manor was an incredible venue for our wedding. Alyssa was amazing - she was very prompt in returning our emails and phone calls, and was incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions throughout the planning process. On the day of our wedding, Alyssa was extremely attentive and made sure I was ready for the ceremony, even helping to put my husband's boutonniere on correctly. I was very nervous right before walking down the aisle, but Alyssa was there to calm my nerves. Adele was also fantastic all night long - he made sure we had food and drinks during cocktail hour and was available to assist us with anything we needed. I never had to hesitate to ask Adele for help. The entire Bridgewater Manor team contributed to making our wedding day so special and stress-free. “Don’t overlook the Short Hills Hilton for your wedding! It was the perfect location for our big day, offering a central gathering spot where our guests didn’t have to worry about traveling throughout the day. We explored several traditional venues, but none felt as right as this one. We had a November wedding and didn’t expect to have an outdoor ceremony, but the hotel’s lovely patio space was a wonderful option, and surprisingly, the noise from the JFK Parkway wasn’t an issue. For our indoor ceremony, the venue features a permanent enclosed tent structure. At first glance, it didn’t seem like much, but with the help of the event coordinator Vivian Cohen’s help and coordination with our florist, the space was transformed into something breathtaking. The reception space was spacious and perfect for our 170 guests—large enough for everyone to feel comfortable but not so big that it felt empty. Guests still rave about the food and service! The chef and maître d' truly deserve all the praise. The hors d’oeuvres were diverse and delicious, from sliders to a pasta bar to sushi. We chose the salmon and short ribs for dinner, which we selected during a private tasting session. The hotel grounds, filled with foliage, were perfect for photos, especially as we were lucky to have beautiful fall colors for our shoot. Victoria at the Hilton was incredibly helpful with coordinating room blocks, hotel room gift bags, and storage. Vivian was a dream to work with—she was welcoming, communicative, and made everything run smoothly. Her checklist was a lifesaver for keeping track of details, and she was hands-on with day-of coordination, ensuring everyone knew where they needed to be and helping with the little touches that made everything perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team to help make our wedding day unforgettable!”

“My husband and I chose this as our wedding venue. Some months before our wedding they had implemented a team of women to help with any questions and planning. These ladies were extremely helpful with answering questions and were typically quick to respond. The day before our wedding, we went to set up the tables and decorations I had made. The inn keeper Tricia was super kind and let me feel like I had a full run of the venue to do whatever I had envisioned. She basically told me I could do whatever I needed, and if I needed extra hands for help to let her know and she would get me help. The day of the wedding was very hot, and there was an unfortunate breakdown of the AC in our getting ready room and suite for the night. They placed us in the next Best room for the night and got us in a cooler space for getting ready. Even with that, if I had to do the wedding all over again, I wouldn’t have changed a thing. I am so grateful to the team working with me leading up to the wedding day as well as everybody involved to make our wedding day so special. If you choose this place as your wedding venue, I feel as though you will not be disappointed, even when things go wrong.”

Why Choose New Jersey for Your Wedding Day?

New Jersey gives you four distinct regions with unique wedding settings and styles to match any vision. September tops the charts for wedding inquiries here, so you'll want to plan ahead if you're eyeing a date during peak season. The varied landscapes mean you can find everything from waterfront elegance to historic charm without traveling far.

What Types of Wedding Venues Can You Find in New Jersey?

The venue scene in New Jersey covers just about every style imaginable. Luxury estates like Park Chateau in East Brunswick offer stunning French-inspired architecture with gorgeous European gardens that make for incredible photo backdrops. If water views are your thing, places like Liberty House showcase breathtaking NYC skyline panoramas right alongside the water. History buffs fall in love with venues like Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange with its historic grounds and Mediterranean gardens. Modern couples gravitate toward industrial spaces such as The Art Factory in Paterson where contemporary design meets character and uniqueness.

How Much Should You Budget for a New Jersey Wedding?

Wedding venues in New Jersey typically run between $8,600 and $10,600, which falls right in line with the national range of $6,500-$12,000. Your overall costs will scale with your guest count.
