Jerry and his crew made out wedding day incredible! They helped run the whole day, they got the guests seated, kept everything on schedule, and ensured that Ben and I didn't have to worry about anything. When our flowergirl got stage-fright right before walking down the aisle, Jerry swooped in to save the day and helped her find her mom. We initially didn't plan to do a grand entrance into the reception, but Jerry and the DJ (Megan from Music that Moves) made one happen last-minute so our flower girl could have a second shot ar throwing her petals. You're not just getting a venue at Parkway, you're getting a whole team who will make your event run smoothly. If we ever do a vow renewal or anniversary party, we will be back!

The Evergreen Room, our banquet facility, is nestled in a beautifully landscaped hillside. The room features 15 ft. vaulted ceilings, cherry stained wood accents, and large windows that overlook our 27-hole golf course. The room can hold up to 250 guest for a plated reception or 220 for a buffet reception. Attached to the room is The Pub Bar. This large bar is penninsula shaped and served from 3 sides. The Riviera Ballroom was an excellent choice for our wedding venue. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was responsive, timely, and very well-managed. The space itself was absolutely beautiful - stately and elegant, providing the perfect setting for our intimate ceremony and dinner. Our guests raved about the intimate ceremony space and the lovely dinner area, which allowed for great conversation throughout the evening. As the bride, I wish there had been a private space for me to get ready and wait before the ceremony, as the guests were able to see me beforehand. Additionally, some of our guests mentioned that parking was a bit tricky. Overall though, the Riviera Ballroom exceeded our expectations and made our special day truly memorable.

My husband and I got married at Western Lakes Golf Club 5/4/24 and it was incredible. Food was amazing, staff were very friendly. The only downside for why I took off a star was because of the day of coordinator provided with the venue. She was great leading up to the day of the wedding but on the wedding day I saw her twice and then never saw her again. She never introduced herself to my husband, never made sure we were lining up for the ceremony or anything. Never checked in on us. I’m the one that noticed we should be getting lined up which should have been the coordinator doing it. But overall, it was a great experience.

Rustic Manor was a lovely wedding venue. Our guests loved the spacious grounds, easy parking, large bathrooms, and classy rustic interior. We loved the large bridal and groomsmen suites, the payment process, the venue setting up chairs for ceremony and reception, and the professionalism of staff throughout the planning process. We did not love how expensive it was for the add ons. For a Saturday wedding in “wedding season” we paid almost 10k just for the venue and venue-specific add ons. This included string lights, nice tables, water service at dinner, use of the Photo Booth, etc. The Photo Booth did not include a guest book to put the extra slides (which we had seen at another wedding at this venue), which we didn’t realize until the night of when it was too late. The bar bill (180 guests) was about 6k. Their preferred dinner vendors were expensive and didn’t have many vegetarian options. The least expensive “preferred food vendor” was 20k for 180 guests. We *really* didn’t love that they didn’t have any signs at the bar. We were expected to purchase signs and write out the drink list, hours, and rules of the bar. Our guests did not love that there wasn’t a bartender on scene to get even water or soda prior to the ceremony. During planning, they encouraged stopping open bar during dinner, so our guests had nothing to drink for the toasts. They did not have a sound system going outside, so half of our guests were outdoors and missed all of the announcements. Our wedding was beautiful, but for a venue that “prefers” an event costing 50k, we expected more.

I just had my wedding here this past weekend. There are no words to describe the experience we had with Terry and Robin. They are kind, attentive and responsive. They will do anything they can to make sure your day goes as planned. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and comfortably accommodates a large number of guests. The catering choices are fairly priced and the food is delicious. I would not think twice about booking your event here!

Embassy Suites by Hilton is such a wonderful space to hold a wedding! My husband and our families first met with their event staff in March 2025 for a wedding just five months later on August 30th, 2025! I credit the wonderful and knowledgeable event staff, Karina Oliva (Wedding Coordinator at Embassy Suites in Brookfield, WI) especially for this turn around! The planning process was a breeze with her constant advice, patience and expertise. Karina guided us through the timeline, helping us add personal touches and always reminding us that everything was alright and we were exactly where we should be in terms of planning! She was completely patient in my constant questions and slight delays in decision making. Karina and some of her event staff are bilingual as well, which helped in planning as my husband and his family are from Ecuador—as well as some of our guests who only spoke Spanish! Since Embassy suites allows pets we were also permitted to have our dog be our ring barrier which was a dream of ours since the beginning! I got so many compliments from my guests at how wonderful my wedding was and a huge part is to do with the Embassy Suites staff. They were around and ready during the celebration to assure everything moved as smooth as possible! The food was delicious (especially the appetizer we served which were the potstickers). Both me, my husband and my mother are so incredibly pleased at our experience with embassy suites! Thank you so much to the staff for making the night perfect! Special shout out to Karina Oliva who did such a wonderful job I cannot thank her enough!

This place was so good to us through the planning process. We booked about 2 years ahead of our date as the world was coming off all the covid craziness. I had seen them on social media prior to getting engaged and we booked after it being the only venue we toured. It is the perfect back drop to any theme or color palette. Let me tell you, they have it all! I worked closest with Kelsey and then Hanni and they were wonderful. Always available by email every step of the way through planning and sent reminders of when we needed to get together for detail meetings. I loved that I was able to do ceremony, reception, food/beverage, tables/chairs, linens, photobooth and even decor with them. It was so nice to have less outside vendors to coordinate. They throw an amazing tasting party where you get to sample a good portion of the menu items including drinks and meet other couples. The tier packages they have updated make it even easier to get an 'all inclusive' experience. (I also booked my bridal shower at Circa on Seventh and got some freebies for already having my wedding booked with them) Everyone I have run into since our wedding has RAVED about the food that it was the best wedding food they have ever had. We did custom cocktails that they special ordered ingredients for. As far as logistics, I was able to drop all my decor off the week of the wedding and did not have to pick up til the Monday after which was a HUGE RELIEF. The bridal suites are absolutely gorgeous and photograph well. There is not a spot for the guys to get ready but the staff had plenty of suggestions and partnerships with other close-by establishments. Also, my wedding was mid July and my dress was quite heavy so it did get hot on the dance floor even with AC. All in all, I would absolutely do it all over again. THANKS UPPER EAST/CULINARY INFUSIONS!!

The venue provided plenty of room for our guests, with access to a full kitchen, and was very affordable. Everything ran smoothly on the day of the event, and we are really happy we chose Kemper Center for our special occasion.

As someone who saw the behind-the-scenes effort, I was even more so. We used the Blue Ribbon Hall which included a balcony space which we used to give our guests the opportunity to play classic WI card games; Euchre, Sheepshead, cribbage etc… It was a great, separate space to hang out but still be a part of the celebration and watch the dancing. The staff even accommodated our last minute request to play the Bucks playoff game on the projector during dinner! Our wedding included lots of guests from out of town and out of state and we really wanted a venue that embodied Milwaukee culture. This. Was. IT.

Formerly the building was used as a community building before the city of waterloo had things like a school gym or a theater. We ended up having an amazing wedding at Scenic View Country Club in October 2020. The space is nicely laid out and provides plenty of room with dance floor, huge bar and separate dining area. The wrap around porch provided nice outdoor space and would be great for cocktail hours, weather permitting. The views of the trees and green provided a great backdrop for ceremony and pictures. When COVID hit, there were a few changes in their event coordinators which made us a little nervous but once we got Clarissa a few months before our day, that all changed. Clarissa and her staff really made our day special. She was organized and great at communication leading up to our day. Planning a wedding in 2020 wasn't easy but I appreciated Clarissa's flexibility and help as we got closer. Day of, she was so helpful keeping us on track and making sure everything ran smoothly. We had some rain scheduled but still wanted to keep the ceremony outside if possible. We luckily got a window before our ceremony began and the staff was out there wiping off chairs and leaf blowing puddles so I wouldn't get my dress wet. Throughout the night, the staff continued to do an amazing job with serving dinner and keeping our guests happy! We were also very impressed with the food and heard nothing but good things from guests. Overall, we were thrilled with our experience and very happy with our choice to have our special day at Scenic View!

We loved having our wedding here! The ballroom has recently been renovated And it was beautiful, the staff was amazing. Marco (wedding coordinator) was the absolute best, he stayed in contact with us and was very accommodating! The wedding packages they offer were all inclusive and they included a free 2 night stay in the Sheraton hotel. I felt like a princess! The wedding packages includes food, decor, and bar package. All very reasonably priced! This place is a hidden gem and I highly recommend it to any couple looking to have a amazing experience.

Had the 5 hour lunch wedding package on 5/20/23. It was fabulous. Lisa was the wedding coordinator and offered the Emerald Room with high ceilings. Very light and airy. She set up everything beautifully. Lots of food. Cake was beautiful and delicious. Everything was perfect. The only thing that could have changed was cleanup started 15 minutes before event ended which caused some guests to leave slightly early. But overall a 10 out of 10. You will not be disappointed by selecting Villa Olivia. Also beautiful outdoor pictures at this facility.
