We are a homeowner's association with a rental facility known as The Grange, which is located 30 minutes between Denver and CO Springs. Opened in 2004, The Grange seamlessly blends rustic charm with contemporary amenities. Central aspects include natural light, grand ceilings, a bar and prep kitchen, a covered patio with heating capabilities, and a perimeter of garage doors for a free-flowing indoor/outdoor concept. Cherokee Ranch & Castle features breathtaking views of the Rockies, 3,400 acres of unspoiled land and wildlife sanctuary, and a 1450s Scottish-style Castle with exquisite collections of art and antiques. The maximum capacity inside the Castle is 75 guests. During certain months of the year, our Veranda Tent is available and can accomodate up to 150 guests. Here at the Franciscan Event Center in Centennial, Colorado we have everything you need to successfully host your next special event. We only host to one event per day, which means you exclusively have our entire event center at your fingertips! We have an indoor facility that can easily be segmented depending on your event’s needs which seats around 385 people comfortably. If you prefer to host your event outside, our outdoor facilities can comfortably fit over 500 people and we have tents available. We have the audio/visual equipment you require for presentations and table and chair arrangements suited for all types of occasions. We even have a 500 square foot dance floor in our newly renovated hall. At The Franciscan, we also have a wonderful and delicious onsite catering service, That Personal Touch Catering, that will handle all of your food and beverage needs.

Located in Peyton, Colorado, Double Diamond Ranch is a charming barn and farm venue befitting weddings and other special events. Husband and wife owners Michael and Lisa Wolfer invite couples to hold their nuptial celebrations in this splendid rustic setting. You can exchange your vows outdoors with sweeping mountain views as a backdrop. Rustic wooden benches will be made available as seating for your guests. The interior of the barn venue features adaptable floor space to host groups of up to 100 guests. You will have access to the venue on Friday for setup and rehearsal. On Saturday the barn will be ready for you wedding and reception and then clean up. This venue is an authentic country setting where you can hold your own joyous celebration of your love story. The peak season for the Ranch stretches from June through October.
