“Do your wedding day self a favor and hire All of the Above! Alex and her team went above and beyond to make our day incredibly smooth so we could be fully present and soak in each and every detail. From the very beginning, Alex was a major resource for us by helping us find LGBTQ inclusive vendors in a fairly conservative area. She always remained positive with a “can do” attitude to make our wedding day everything we have dreamed of. We hired All of the Above for month and day of coordination which was super helpful to have her help leading up to wedding day. She provided an extensive checklist and helped us stay organized and on pace for wedding planning. As with any wedding, things certainly did not go as planned but Alex made sure we didn’t feel an ounce of pressure. 1. My wedding dress zipper broke when putting it on right before first looks, her and her team stitched me right in with their emergency sewing kit. 2. We were sent the wrong head tablecloth in a color that did not go with our theme. Alex helped us pivot and created a head table that exceeded our own expectations. The display was so beautiful it made us love our set up even more than what we thought was our “dream head table”. 3. The caterer was supposed to provide plated meals to my wife and I as well as our bridal parties. When the caterer dropped the ball, Alex and her team stepped right in to serve us plated meals and keep the timeline flowing. 4. The caterer was supposed to provide my mom with an allergy friendly meal which they failed to do. Alex stepped right in to inform me and ask if her team could pick up a meal nearby for my mom. They did so without a hitch and my mom LOVED what they got for her. Aside from All of the Above problem solving so seamlessly, they kept our wedding on pace in a stress-free fashion. Their attention to detail was unparalleled. We can’t imagine what our wedding day would have been without Alex and her team, however, we know for fact that we would not have enjoyed it near as much. One of the best financial decisions we made for our wedding and would 1000% recommend All of the Above for your wedding planning needs!”

She really understood what we wanted for our day and made sure every detail matched our vision. I recommend telling her exactly what you want done if you are picky about things, otherwise it seems she has a good intuition on style/decor based on what you tell her. She also has a rental inventory that is free for your use when you book certain packages, which was a great perk and can help save money on décor and other wedding details. During the reception, Paige was so attentive—she noticed when we needed water or drinks and brought them without us even asking. What stood out most was how she protected our peace on the night of the wedding, letting us just enjoy the moment instead of worrying about logistics. “Having Reagan as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made in regards to our wedding! I was a bit lost in the beginning of as to what the coordinators role was vs mine, especially since I struggle to delegate normally! Reagan was so helpful and clear into what our next steps should be, and what she would take care of etc. What I was absolutely amazed by was how she did it with such ease. She completely took the stress away which was the most incredible feeling, especially the week of our wedding! Our biggest concern for our wedding week was transportation, especially since about 80% of our guests were flying internationally, and also due to location of wedding not having any Uber's... We had hired on a transportation service who Reagan then managed. Myself and my husband didn't have to worry about it at all, for the whole week! It was amazing and it ran so smoothly thanks to Reagan! On the actual wedding day, Reagan made sure that we were able to just enjoy ourselves, and she did everything behind the scenes (managing the timeline, setting up the reception just to my vision, communicating with other vendors etc.) The whole day, where I had expected to feel stressed and worried about everything, I instead felt SO relaxed. It was the strangest, yet most incredible feeling to just be able to enjoy the day which you've spent a year planning. We will forever be grateful for Reagan's help, and looking back at our wedding day makes us smile so much. It truly was perfect. “Where do I even start? For 20 months, we worked with Hanna. She is hands down the best coordinator, planner, and content creator, and we are so happy we chose to work with her. We initially booked her for day-of coordination and content. From our very first meeting, I could tell how incredibly knowledgeable she was and that I could trust her. As we started planning, we quickly realized how helpful she was, so we upgraded to partial planning, which was one of the best decisions we made! She became such an invaluable resource throughout planning. No matter how many questions I had, she was always quick to respond, even outside of her normal hours. We had monthly meetings to make sure we were on track. She helped us with design decisions, recommended where to order things, and even shared discount codes. She also took certain tasks, such as designing our menus, completely off our hands. Hanna helped us book our last few vendors and took the lead on communicating with them. We also hired her for content for our rehearsal dinner. Although she was not in charge of planning it, she still offered to bring the welcome sign stand as well as tapered candles for more decoration. She also took pictures of us and our guests, which was really nice not having to worry about doing it ourselves, so we could be fully present. On our wedding day she brought the box stand for our signage, which was one less thing we had to worry about. Since she was doing content for our day, Kaylee and Melissa took over the coordination, and they did such a great job making sure everything was on track! Moments before walking down the aisle, I realized I forgot to reapply my lip gloss, and Melissa ran to get it for me in time. I was so grateful! The content she captured from our rehearsal dinner and wedding day was amazing! She got photos and videos back to us within 24 hours, which was so sweet to be able to relive those moments so soon after. Hanna genuinely went so above and beyond, and we are forever indebted to her. You will absolutely not regret working with her!”

We got married at The Madison in Cleveland on September 6, 2026, and from the first planning session to our last dance, Brooklyn had it handled. As a health professional, I thought I was organized, but Brooklyn… wow…. She is unbelievable. Unfailingly calm, consistent and somehow always three steps (not just one!) ahead of whatever was about to come up. Any vendor question, any timeline shift, any small detail we forgot about, she had already thought through it. When our original officiant situation fell apart, Brooklyn stepped in and officiated herself, and she made it feel like that had been the plan all along. The ceremony was warm, personal, and completely us. There wasn’t a single dry eye after the wonderful ceremony she led. Did I mention she was literally our florist as well? What can’t she do. What stood out most was how much pressure she absorbed. She coordinated with all of our vendors so we barely had to, she kept the day running on schedule without ever making it feel rushed, and on the wedding day she gave us the one thing you can’t buy: the ability to actually be present at our own wedding. A present we are both going to be grateful for forever. Michaela and I never once felt like a transaction. “This review is far overdue but so unbelievably deserved. I will start by saying that my husband and I got married in March of 2025. Engaged in September of 2021. We always wanted to have a wedding but having had a baby in 2023, the amount of planning and money that went into it all just kept making us push things back. There was a time where we weren’t sure if we would ever actually have the wedding we dreamed of or if we would just book an appointment at the courthouse and call it a day. I never even considered hiring a wedding planner, just another added cost, right? WRONG. Cause girl, let me tell you, Bri and Karin are the ONLY reason our dreams of a real wedding turned into a reality. We provided them with a budget and some ideas of what we thought we might like and what they came up with was truly amazing. Options galore and nothing my husband nor I would have ever even thought of. They found us a venue that didn’t break the bank and fit us perfectly. The food was delicious, the decor was beautiful and they made sure everything went to plan, on time as scheduled, the day of. ZERO stress on me or my husband allowing us to truly be present and focus on soaking up everything and everyone on a day that goes by in the blink of an eye. All for less than what we thought we would have to spend! They are sweet, they are creative, they are punctual, they are responsive, they are attentive, they listen, they CARE, their attention to detail is out of this world, they are FUN and it is evident they truly love what they do.
