“Azure Strings was absolutely wonderful! They played as a three-piece string ensemble at my son's wedding and truly made the day even more special. Mary was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. She made the booking process easy, maintained excellent communication throughout, and was incredibly accommodating. We had a special request for "Do You Want to Build a Snowman" to be played as the ring bearer and flower girl walked down the aisle, and Mary was more than happy to make it happen. “Brooks was the DJ for my sister's wedding so I already knew of his work when it came time for my wife and I to get married. During consultation, he gave me confidence that he knew exactly how to provide us with a great experience from the type of equipment to bring, what type of music he would play, and how he conducted the reception. He gave us a questionnaire to fill out as well as a web portal to add all of our preferred and must play songs to. Including all of the first dance and introduction songs. For the reception he brought an awesome stage with a custom light up screen with our names on it. He really knows how to transition between different songs to create a fun flow to the night. A great mix of high energy songs and slow dancing songs. He even brought glow sticks for us to dance with as a throw in. Brandon Brooks helped make our night one that we will remember forever. We recommend Brooks Music to anyone needing a DJ for any event. He is a real pro.”

“Tyson and Sam at Skinny Boy Media were one of my favorite vendors at my wedding. It is so so hard to choose a DJ because you've been to other weddings and had trauma from terrible DJ's that play the same old songs that are awful. Or they don't announce things at the right time or just don't communicate. This was my fear. I was recommended Skinny Boy Media from my photographer in Cincy. Then I noticed he was in Cleveland and I am located in South Central Ohio (where there are no good DJ's). I was so nervous that I was going to have a massive upcharge due to travelling 4.5 hours. I reached out and got a quote from him and discussed the type of wedding I wanted with the music and flow of things. He communicated amazing right from the start and was transparent in pricing and had no problem whatsoever travelling to Southern Ohio/Northern KY. Whew! Then I dragged my feet because this is a large decision. The website of DJ's are hard to tell what they are like. It's not like you can go to a wedding they are at and see if you like it, haha! But then as I looked on a Facebook group of Ohio Bride's to Be I noticed his name kept getting referenced. Which was a good hint. Then I talked to him further about uplighting and Photobooth services for the night. I kept delaying again... Then he reached out to me again telling me someone else wanted my date (July 8) if I didn't want it. That sealed the deal and I paid the deposit online. My husband and I completed a detailed form he provided on Google Docs to say what songs we wanted during what time. And what songs we did not want! We had a video chat with him describing ourselves, the vibe we wanted for our wedding, etc. We are 28yrs and wanted a middle school dance party vibe. I also didn't want songs switched every other minute, but transitioned nicely with reading the crowd. I also asked for some Disney songs during dinner. Man did he deliver!!! It was a party!! And he politely communicated with me during the night, asking if I was ready to begin the dances, the speeches, let dinner tables go to the buffet, etc. We also added a game from 4H camp called Bring-Me and he had it organized on his iPad, let my sister run the game on the mic, etc. The photo booth also sent photos to each person and I got a google drive link to all of them. I chose the Ivy wall with props. I did not choose to have a glow light in the photo background, but that is an option. The 30 uplights literally pulled everything together in the long room! (70ft x 30ft). He was on time, stayed till the end as expected. He also helped create a super special memory for my husband and I that I didn't even plan for! At the end (11:30pm) he had everyone go outside or towards the end of the building and he played "At Last" with just my husband and I. It was so perfect to end the night. If you made it this far...I hope I've convinced you to HIRE SKINNY BOY MEDIA!!! He will communicate like you want, provide a clear contract, provide uplights & a photo booth, travel to your venue without complications, keep things running smooth and does a great job!!”
