Hi! We're Tim and Giselle Jeghers, a husband-and-wife team with nearly two decades of experience capturing love stories. Tim, the lead shooter at The Affinity Productions, has been passionate about film and photography since 2007. In 2021, Giselle joined, helping with shoots, editing, and operations. We blend timeless, candid storytelling with cinematic photojournalism to capture real moments with an easygoing, go-getter attitude. Our talented associates assist as needed, but we oversee everything to ensure a beautifully crafted film. On days off, we love exploring, cooking from scratch, and relaxing with our doggos.

I first got into video work as a teenager, shooting skating videos with my friends. I was lucky enough to have a part-time job, and I’d saved up enough money to buy a Canon GL2 – a much sought-after camcorder. I would film my friends and I skating. We ended up purchasing a computer in order to learn video editing, and put together a full skate video after years of stacking footage. I sold that first video to a skate shop in Bakersfield.

I am a creative perfectionist always looking for a new way to better my work. I continue to tweak my art over the last 11 years and I will continue to focus on delivering beautiful videos for my clients.

My passion for photography and videography all started in a darkroom I built in a closet under the stairs as a high school student.
