“I attended a Murder Mystery night at this venue during the winter and was very pleased with how the evening went! The production company that set up the "theater" was fantastic and made everyone feel very comfortable while the event coordination made everything run smooth, from drink service to food! The food is delicious (highly recomend the cheese curds) and the space is beautiful, with a nice chandalier bringing everything together. Had a great time!”

“My husband and I recently had our wedding at Westclox Event Center, and we truly could not have chosen a better venue. From the beautiful historic building to the incredible staff, everything exceeded our expectations. We had 315 guests, and the venue accommodated everyone comfortably while still feeling warm and inviting. So many of our guests commented on how gorgeous the space was. The bridal suite was also wonderful and gave us the perfect place to get ready and relax throughout the day. The biggest reason our day was so successful, however, was our wedding coordinator, Ava. She was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Throughout the entire day, she continuously checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and somehow always appeared right when we needed her. She truly made us feel like her top priority. What impressed me most was how she handled unexpected challenges. During our reception, an issue arose with the bar inventory that could have become a major problem for an event of our size. Instead of allowing it to impact our guests or our experience, Ava immediately jumped into action, found solutions, coordinated replacements, and resolved everything incredibly quickly. Most importantly, she handled it all behind the scenes so that my husband and I never had to worry about it or spend a single minute of our wedding day dealing with it. That level of professionalism is priceless. Anyone can manage an event when everything goes perfectly. The true test is how problems are handled when they arise, and Ava exceeded every expectation. She was organized, proactive, communicative, and genuinely cared about making our day special. Looking back, I can honestly say that choosing Westclox Event Center was one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding planning process. The venue is beautiful, the atmosphere is incredible, and the staff truly care about giving couples an amazing experience. “I literally could write for an hour or two and still not be able to tell you everything that was so wonderful about working with WSE. They were well organized, available, kind, and definitely make you feel like family. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and photographs very well. We took advantage of the recent upgrades to Alpha and it was a fantastic space; big enough to comfortably accommodate our 150-ish guests, décor, dance floor, buffets, memory table, etc, but still felt intimate. They coordinated well with our outside vendors and I appreciated that we weren’t limited in our vendor selection. They made a lot of things just work without stressing us out at all. The setup for my caterers/servers was excellent and accommodating. The Romeo suite was so much fun for the groomsfolk, but the Juliet suite was an AMAZING amenity. The salon chairs and backlit mirrors were so convenient for my HMUA. The suite was comfortable and roomy despite the zillion people I had coming in and out. The full kitchen (particularly the full size fridge/freezer) was super nice to have. We had our ceremony on the west lawn, which was absolutely beautiful. They also were very enthusiastic and accommodating about letting us get some photos with our dogs and incorporating them into the ceremony. One of the most notable things, though, was how well they handled adapting to my and my guests’ mobility needs. Several of my older family members use walkers and were worried about the walking or the grass and they all felt very accommodated and cared for and were able to enjoy the day. I myself have a disability that affects my ability to walk and stand for very long; this was no problem for them. They shortened the aisle for my ceremony, knew exactly how to create a beautiful ceremony where both we and our wedding party were seated, and they put a lot of mileage on those golf carts getting me and my family where we needed to be safely and comfortably. I cannot recommend White Stone strongly enough and I would have every event there if I could.”

“When life gave us rain, Rosewood Farm helped us make our own sunshine. No one ever wants rain on their wedding day, but you can confidently rely on Rosewood’s staff to do what it takes to deliver an unforgettable event. We worked with Rosewood Farm for our September 2026 wedding, and they were exceptional professionals and wonderful collaborative partners that genuinely care about couples and their guests. From the beginning, they were completely transparent about what their venue could (and could not) provide – from the first meeting, in the contract, and throughout the entire planning process. This made planning so much smoother because we could share this information with our other vendors up front. Rosewood worked well with us and our vendors to come up with solutions that didn’t feel like compromises. On the wedding day, Rosewood really excelled in creative problem-solving. Unfortunately, it rained on our special day, forcing us to bring our ceremony and cocktail hour indoors. We especially appreciated how Kristen and her team, working with our day of coordinator, did everything they could to turn a rainy day into a cozy, warm, romantic event. They readjusted our decoration plan to create a beautiful indoor ceremony. Cocktail hour was a complete success. Even as people ate, drank, and mingled, with a string quartet playing, the Rosewood staff quickly and seamlessly flipped the room to bring in the sweetheart table, cake, and memorial table. They worked with my sister-in-law to figure out how to best fit the photo booth indoors. Rosewood’s dedication to preserving our celebration and ensuring a terrific guest experience is something my husband and I will never forget. “Northfork Farm hosted our absolute dream wedding! The venue was absolutely gorgeous, and everyone was great to work with! Pete answered all of our questions throughout the process, and Leann took the day of stress away! We had multiple meetings with Leann before the wedding to communicate our vision, and get a full walkthrough of what we wanted the day to look like. Day of, all we had to do was bring her our stuff (which we actually got to do the night before at the rehearsal which was a bonus!) and she took care of the rest. She set everything up exactly how I envisioned it, and allowed my husband and I to just live in the moment rather than feeling like we were working or hosting. The property was gorgeous and incredibly well maintained. We had access to it all day and the salon was the perfect space to get ready in. There are tons of great places for photos, and some fun things that you don’t get anywhere. One, the horses! They are so friendly and adorable. Two, the fire pit! We had s’mores as a late night snack which our guests loved. And three, the pool! The pool is was what made my husband and I fall in love with the venue because we immediately knew we wanted to jump in at the end of the night. Pete set up the perfect send off and we ran through a sparkler send off and jumped right in. Our day was perfect, and the venue was everything we dreamed.”

“Had our wedding 9/14/24. Absolutely amazing. Katy was so helpful and attentive and made planning a breeze. The staff were absolutely amazing and helped every step of the way. They would bring me drinks or anything I needed, helped carried my bouquet when I was walking with my dress, and even brought the golf cart around from the train since we were running late for our first dance. We rented out the slide and train and both were a HUGE hit. Everyone the next day raved about how much fun they had and it was one of the best weddings they have ever been too. The staff even let the slide go for another half hour since the kids (and adults) were having so much fun. Definitely recommend this venue if you want a rustic vibe.”

“Many venues we researched already had a lot of character on their own and it was hard to find one that accurately reflected our vibes. At first I was hesitant because most of the gallery is light and airy and I wasn't sure it would be the type of moody we wanted to achieve, but the space is a beautiful blank canvas. When we went for a tour I knew it was the right choice. You don't need dramatic decorations, just simple things and lighting. Several weddings I've attended were at places where multiple events were going on at once and it felt crowded and confusing. Here you get the whole building to yourself and it felt very exclusive and intimate. Our wedding was a winter night by candle light and they reflected beautifully in the large windows and created a sanctuary of warm light on the cold night. It made me feel like royalty and it wouldn't have been the same anywhere else. My guests described the night as magical. The venue team was so understanding and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure it was everything we wanted. They were easy to reach and quick to respond. I hope I have the opportunity to use this space again.”

The Haight is a wedding and event venue located in Elgin, IL and is enveloped by a historic neighborhood, for a romantic and storied setting for your wedding. This converted warehouse was originally constructed in the 1890s. It began as the Elgin Storage & Transfer Company. Over the years numerous companies used the building until 1985 when it was bought by John Haight, who refurbished the building. The Haight features two floors and a rooftop area. Brick walls and hardwood flooring accent exposed ductwork. There are multiple spaces for hosting your ceremony, reception, and many other wedding-related gatherings. On the first floor, there is room for up to 175 guests standing. This makes the 2,000-square-foot space ideal for the cocktail reception. The second floor features 7,000 square feet of space. 250 people seated or 200 people seated with a dance floor can fit in this event area. You can also take your celebrations outside on the spacious rooftop deck.

“We absolutely loved having our wedding at Monte Bello Estate! One of my favorite things about the venue was being able to get ready on site and have our entire wedding day unfold in one place. We had our ceremony at the gazebo, which was absolutely beautiful, and our cocktail hour looked stunning. Moving from one space to another throughout the day felt effortless and seamless. They also had golf carts available to transport guests from the parking lot to the ceremony site, which was such a thoughtful touch and made things easier for our guests. One of the biggest things that gave me peace of mind when choosing Monte Bello was knowing that even if it rained, our wedding would still be beautiful. We had a May wedding, so rain was always a very real possibility, but I genuinely never felt overly worried about it. The inside of the venue is gorgeous on its own, and all of the windows still allow you to see the beautiful scenery while bringing in so much natural light. Even more importantly, their backup indoor ceremony space does not feel like a “Plan B.” It is beautiful in its own right and still allows for that grand entrance moment I had always envisioned. Knowing I would be happy with either ceremony option took so much weather-related stress out of the planning process. I was also initially nervous about the food because that was such an important part of the guest experience for us. Attending both the food tasting and Raise the Bar event made me feel even more confident in our venue choice. And somehow, the food was even better on our wedding day than it was at the tasting, if you can believe it! We were so happy with everything. Another one of my favorite things about Monte Bello was their network of vendors. They work with so many amazing vendors and provided recommended vendors from the very beginning. Having vendors who already knew the property and were familiar with the venue helped bring our entire wedding together perfectly and made the planning process so much easier. Communication was amazing as well. I honestly didn't have many questions in the beginning, but naturally, as we got closer to the big day, we had more questions and a few last-minute things come up. The team was always incredibly responsive and answered us quickly, which gave us so much peace of mind during those final weeks. Monte Bello gave us the romantic garden wedding we envisioned while also making the logistics of the day feel incredibly easy. From getting ready on site, to our gazebo ceremony, to cocktail hour and the reception, everything flowed beautifully. Our guests loved the venue, the food was amazing, and our photos turned out gorgeous. We couldn't be happier that we chose Monte Bello Estate for our wedding day and would absolutely choose it again.”
