We’re a chocolate shop, cafe, speakeasy and event space (two spaces in fact), all rolled into one, located in Woodstock, IL–where Groundhog Day was filmed. Our staff is dedicated to making your special day perfect. No surprises, no headaches. You just focus on having fun and creating memories, and we’ll do the rest. The Loft at Ethereal is our original venue located about our cafe, chocolate shop (and speakeasy)! It has exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and large windows. Your guests will be greeted with the aroma of chocolate as soon as they walk in. It has a max capacity of 80 guests. Courthouse Square (opened in September 2023), is great for weddings of 75-130, with a max of 150. It is a show stopper with it’s historic architecture and modern finishes. With amenities such as a large wedding suite with lots of natural light and a separate ceremony room option, the space has been renovated with you in mind.

A three-story Victorian Mansion built in 1915 and once the home to Emerson Keith, founder of Keith Country Day School. The two available stories include two large studio spaces, galley kitchen, sun porch, and professional office, with options to add on massage suite, esthetics suite, and hair salon. The building's integrity has remained intact, simply allowing for updated paint and decoration. An incredibly versatile space for intimate events, bridal suite, showers, rehearsal dinners, photography, media stages, video, and meetings.
