Nestled on the banks of the Watauga River beneath the Bee Cliff, it offers 1,944 sq ft on the main level, 312 sq ft in the hay loft, and a 520 sq ft covered porch. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large refrigerator and freezer, double sink, stove, warming oven, microwave, and ample counter space. Two spacious restrooms add convenience, while John’s craftsmanship shines through details of cedar, knotty pine, red oak, ash, and poplar—many reclaimed from an old church. A soaring 30-ft ceiling features trusses strung with decorative lights, and massive garage doors open the barn to river breezes. Outdoor ceremony options abound, with stunning natural backdrops along the riverbank and antique farm equipment offering unique photo opportunities.
