About this venue

Oak Meadows Farm & Venue is a family owned and operated wedding and event venue in East Tennessee. With access to over fifteen of our nearly 70 acres, you and up to 150 of your guests can enjoy the privacy of this beautiful property including the industrial event barn, pavilion, groom’s cabin, field parking, terraced ceremony seating, our spring-fed pond with a large dock, and rolling meadows.

The versatility of our spaces, combined with the stunning natural surroundings, make our venue the perfect choice for your special event.

Our event space offers a versatile indoor and outdoor experience. The climate-controlled barn features stunning chandeliers, white shiplap walls, and large glass garage doors that open onto a covered porch with fans. Outside, the expansive patio is perfect for overflow seating, cocktail hours, or dancing. The open-air pavilion, with a brick fireplace, is ideal for smaller gatherings. With access to over 15 acres, guests can enjoy the privacy of this beautiful property, including a pond, meadows, and ample parking.

    Awesome wedding!

    We had the BEST experience with our daughter’s wedding! The location is beautiful and very unique. Very spacious as we had 140 ppl. Easy to find, great parking, and a wonderful layout. From planning to execution, Courtney was more helpful and kind than we could ever expect. She and her family went above and beyond to help us have the perfect wedding. Accommodations were made for every need we had, even those unexpected. And for the Dads, financially it was worth every penny!

To secure your date, we require a signed contract with a non refundable first payment of $1000.
Yes! After the first payment of $1000 at time of booking, we offer monthly payments with the last payment due 3 months prior to the wedding. All payments will be made online through your client portal.
Yes! If the bride or groom has served or is currently serving in the US military, we offer a 10% discount on the rental of our venue. We do ask that you present your military ID at the time of booking. Thank you for your service!
There is a small secluded cabin with a porch at the edge of the woods near the pond for our groom and groomsmen! There, you’ll find a room of fishing gear, a table and chairs, a couch, and tv. Also a bathroom and kitchenette with a full refrigerator and microwave!
The event barn does have heating and air conditioning as well as fans in the main room and covered patio to keep your guests comfortable even when all the garage doors are opened. The cabin is also temperature controlled!
No! The ability to have a rehearsal is included in a single day OR two day wedding rental.
Absolutely! Our venue manager will walk through the property with you, your fiancé and your coordinator to help you figure out your layout and table placement to give you several weeks to get any last minute items you may need! We have found this helps your set up go much smoother!
Yes, flame candles are allowed but must be enclosed in glass votive with the wick covered.
We do require our couples to purchase event insurance. This protects you from liability during your wedding in the event of property damage, personal injury, etc.
Our arbors are available for you to use at no additional cost! However, you are more than welcome to bring, build, or rent your own to use.
Wedding coordinators are required for single day weddings and highly encouraged for two day weddings. This is to ensure there is someone on site to help your big day to go smoothly by removing the stress of the details so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your big day!
Alcohol may be served at your reception or event by a licensed bartender. There is a $400 alcohol premium fee that will be added to your invoice for the events that will have alcohol on the premises.
