Texas Rock House is a labor of love. My grandparents built the house and barns in the 1940's as a working farm for their family. My mother was the youngest of seven children that grew up here. I grew up almost across the street with my mom (Joyce), daddy (Buddy), and brother (Larry). Larry and I spent almost every Friday night here - listening to his records on Grandma's old record player or sitting on the back porch swing counting the number of cars on the trains as they passed by. After several years of major depression I began to use cookie decorating and later cake design as therapy. I found this therapeutic hobby brought much joy to family and friends. A natural progression of this fun and delicious hobby was to turn it into a business. As of 2021 Noble Delights Bakery has been in business for 5 delightfully delicious years.
