Responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in making the day perfect. Communication was excellent throughout the entire planning process. Mike made sure to walk through the venue with us ahead of time so that every logistical detail was locked in well before the big day. He handled all the traditional wedding DJ responsibilities flawlessly, but he also embraced our more unique requests without hesitation. We asked him to play video game lo-fi music during cocktail hour and dinner, and he absolutely nailed it. We're also huge fans of metal and rock, and we were initially worried that might not translate well to a wedding dance floor. He was able to mix those songs in live and keep the energy high all night. It turned out to be one of our favorite parts of the reception, and honestly something we weren't sure we'd get to experience. We booked a photographer, videographer, and DJ through this company and I don’t think I could have asked for much more than what they did for us! Finding vendors for these three jobs was very important to me as a bride because I wanted to make sure it was going to be a stress free and memorable day. I wanted to make sure everything was captured and that friends and family would have the best time possible celebrating with us. To start with our photographer Sean, he is such an amazing individual and was such a light hearted and fun energy to have. He got along with everybody and was so patient with our youngest and oldest family members. The photos we received were amazing and captured so many great moments without feeling posed. Our videographer Jason captured such great moments for us and cracked so many jokes throughout the day. Our video is absolutely amazing and was pretty close to what I had imagined before receiving it. When your videographer willingly whips out a kart wheel to show off to a group of dancers, you know he’s passionate about his job. Lastly our DJ John was the perfect DJ for our party! He was so attentive and absolutely hilarious. An amazing MC and worked with me to create several surprises throughout the night. As a dancer and perfectionist, I could not have asked for someone to have read the room any better! I never had to ask for songs to be skipped and my guests felt so comfortable to approach him with requests. I don’t know if we could ever put into words how well they worked together. “DJ Motiv was extraordinary. I was so impressed by his professionalism, communication, and willingness to make sure our night was perfect. I was skeptical at first with some reviews mentioning that the DJ’s weren’t playing the songs they chose. I immediately reached out and that was informed that it would not be an issue. ALL of our chosen music was played, with some song requests of guests (with bride’s approval, per DJ motiv - loved that). DJ Motiv checked in with us constantly, even to make sure our food was at our table, if we needed drinks, if the music was going well, and if there was anything he could do. He was going above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. I even threw in special requests during my wedding, including him stopping my parent dance half way (on purpose) as if the music turned off, to take the mic and give a short speech. He did it phenomenally. I had a game request, with him being the commentator and director of, and he took that role and ran with it. The wedding guests LOVED him. I have nothing negative to say about his services. Even the photobooth was done great! I also had a custom sign made, with our new last name, and it was perfect! Such a great item to be able keep, and you get a year warranty on it. Anyway, I highly recommend this DJ!! He MADE our wedding perfect. Everyone loved him.”

He was very fairly priced and offered everything we were looking for, including CO2 guns, a Photobooth with an attendant, and the ability to personalize the Photobooth experience for our guests — all of which ran incredibly smoothly. It was helpful to have all of these things through one single vendor rather than multiple people to coordinate. What truly set him apart was how intentional and thoughtful he was with our music. He helped us create a detailed plan that included songs we loved, songs we didn’t want played, and the exact timing for everything. Most importantly, he seamlessly blended both of our cultures throughout the night in a way that felt natural and effortless. Our dance floor was full the entire night. He also communicated directly with our wedding planners to ensure the timeline was perfect, which allowed the day to flow without a single hiccup.
