“Frank was awesome. From the start, we really enjoyed working with him. He was professional and to the point, yet still personable and fun. He was really organized and his website helped us get ourselves and our day organized, especially his timeline template. He was happy to take all of our requests (we had a few playlists put together) and took requests from our guests. He was extremely attentive during cocktail hour and dinner and checked in multiple times to make sure everybody understood the timeline and was ready for cake cutting, speeches, etc. And not just with us, but with our involved family and friends, too. He absolutely killed the reception (in the best way) playlist. Our dance floor was consistently busy and full of people jumping around. We got so many compliments on the DJ. THANK YOU Frank!”

From start to finish, their professionalism, energy, and attention to detail were exceptional. The DJ service was top-notch—Tommy played the perfect mix of songs to keep the party going all night. He knew how to read the crowd, seamlessly transitioning between genres and ensuring that everyone, from kids to adults, had a great time on the dance floor. He accommodated special song requests, lead the hula hoop contest and the limbo contest. He was great to work with. The photo booth was an absolute hit! It was set up beautifully, stocked with fun props, and provided high-quality prints for our guests to take home as keepsakes. He also put together a book filled with copies of the pictures for my family to have as a keepsake and he encouraged guests to sign the book & add special messages. It was important to us that we support women-owned businesses and Midtown Strings came highly recommended (our wedding planner even used them!). They have an extensive repertoire and are willing to perform songs not on their repertoire at additional cost. Their repertoire was more than enough and truly included every song we could want including a video game song that the bride wanted to walk down the aisle to. “My husband and I used Direct Entertainment for our DJ and videographer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs!
