An Fierm, which translates to “The Farm” in Irish, was originally a smaller four bedroom house, primarily used as a getaway cabin and romantic escape. Over the years, the Brandons added over 3000 square feet of living space and amenities including a great room, a stone wood-burning fireplace, a wine cellar, a pool, a game room, and a private balcony overlooking the estate. The mansion is now well over 5000 square feet- comprised of 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and a stunning designer kitchen. All in all, the mansion can sleep 16 people comfortably. With over 300 acres of private farm land, 200 acres of which is farmed crop. Moon Dancer Winery is a prime location for celebrations such as Wedding receptions, private parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and private wine-tasting events. The winery was designed as a French Country-style chalet, featuring a Great Room with two fireplaces and cathedral ceilings. There is a large granite tasting bar. A spiral staircase leads to a second floor and a private suite where brides and bridesmaids can get relax before the ceremony or reception. Outside, there is a spacious patio for entertaining and acres of land that can accomodate a large party tent and plenty of parking. The patio overlooks the Susquehanna River and surrounding vineyards.

Outdoor ceremony area, gorgeous clear-top tent, indoor cocktail area, and more! Built between 1908 and 1912, Fonthill was the home of Henry Chapman Mercer. Archaeologist, anthropologist, ceramist, scholar and antiquarian, Mercer built Fonthill both as his home and as a showplace for his collection of tiles and prints. The first of three Mercer buildings in Doylestown, Fonthill served as a showplace for Mercer’s famed Moravian tiles. Designed by Mercer, the building is an eclectic mix of Medieval, Gothic, and Byzantine architectural styles. Your guests will be amazed when they enter the tree-lined grounds and visit this amazing castle.

Our historic Doylestown property is the perfect backdrop to assure your next event goes down in the history books! The beautiful Elkins Gallery, can be booked for intimate gatherings or large groups up to 150 people. A vintage baby grand piano and two fireplaces with mantels flank the intimate space.
