“Jen House Design was so amazing to work with. They had responded to my initial inquiry right away and I loved them from the start. From my first meeting with Kendall from Jen House Design, I knew they were the right choice. We got married at a racetrack and I had ideas for some very unconventional decorations made from car parts that I wanted to add flowers to. They were ecstatic to take on the challenge and embraced all of my strange out of the box ideas and made me feel so good. I had previously gone to several other florists who made me feel like less of a person and told me my ideas were strange and refused to work with me on my bizarre dream. Jen House Floral was completely opposite of that, and executed my dream perfectly. They were so great adding to my ideas, and working with me to keep to my budget. The day of our wedding they delivered our bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and flower baskets right to our hotel room then proceeded to set up our venue. I was seriously obsessed with my bouquet! I had my nose buried in it the whole time because it smelled so amazing, and I couldn't stop staring at it because it was so beautiful. I scheduled a phone call to answer my questions and then placed an order for loose flowers and greenery, mixed boxes, and premade wearables and bouquets. I felt the pricing was reasonable. I ordered the vases etc. online along with extra ribbon and pins. Please know you have to refrigerate the wearables, I recommend a wine fridge for the slightly warmer temperature. “We hired Bunny for floral design and event coordination for our wedding and she went above and beyond to make our wedding absolutely perfect. After 9 months of planning we had to completely change our wedding location (from Kalamazoo to Detroit), venue (from an indoor Loft space to an outdoor patio), and our guest count (from 200 people to 40) due to the pandemic. “I absolutely loved my flowers! Kay and Emily did an absolutely beautiful job on all of our florals and decor. Kay was great to work with and was so nice meeting in person to talk through everything. Emily also did an amazing job as our day of coordinator! She made sure everything was seamless and all decorations and setups were perfect! Couldn't recommend more!!”
