I found The Heights Villa through a friend who was looking for a quince venue. I had no idea they had taken the old neighborhood church and turned into something spectacular. When I visited the venue I fell in love, then I met the owners. Brendan and Cathy are nothing short of LITERAL angels on earth. They make you feel like you’re home, like you’re exactly where you should be. I toured several other Houston venues, some that were even double the price of THV and something wasn’t right. Every tour at the other venues made me feel cold and foreign, it just wasn’t right. Then I toured THV with Cathy and Brendan and I KNEW this was where I was meant to solidify my union with my husband. They made sure every decision I made was well informed and in alignment with my vision of my perfect day. There was never any surprise fees, lack of communication or shortness of EXTRAVAGANT luxury options for me to choose from. If I could go back in time and tour venues again, I would skip every other option and not waste my time. THV was a win from the second I stepped inside that gate and met Brendan’s smiling face. If you’re struggling to find a venue that treats you like a human being, puts your vision into play correctly every time, and elevates your special day from good to ANGELIC then THV is your venue. It has several spaces to choose from- from an intimate 50 person ballroom (great for ceremonies) to a larger 150 person main reception area. The outdoor terrace has beautiful party lights and allows the party to spill outside. There is also a 2 bedroom apartment that can be included to use as a bridal suite or to house the couple. The flexible space is set up with A/V and projector and comes with square tables that can be arranges in multiple ways. We are an open vendor venue and you can provide your own alcohol (with TABC bartending) saving you money. Or leave the planning to us and check out our affordable all-inclusive options. The Laundry Event Hall was an incredible venue for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, the staff was extremely responsive and flexible, working with us to customize the space to our exact needs. They also provided a lot of the basic decor, saving us money. On the day of, the team went above and beyond to ensure everything went off without a hitch - they even stepped in to expertly cut our wedding cake when our caterers forgot! Batres Grand Venue was the perfect choice for our wedding day. We got married at Le Tesserae on 5/4/24 and it was the most magical night of our lives! Their entire team was so helpful and knowledgeable, and made the venue selection process a no-brainer. We were the first wedding here, and even as it was quite literally being built, we never got super stressed or discouraged, thanks to their professionalism and communication. Courtney and Joe were SO INCREDIBLE to work with! In addition to their amazing staff, Le Tesserae also had everything I was looking for in a venue – beautiful décor, an indoor/outdoor space, a pretty and spacious bridal suite, great food and an amazing view of the city. It truly checked every box. From the moment you step off the elevator and see the chandeliers and mosaic tile, you gasp and are awestruck by the beauty and charm of the venue. After signing our paperwork with the venue, they shared a list of recommended vendors with us, everything from music, dance floors, photography, videography, etc., and I can’t tell you how helpful that ended up being. It’s because of Le Tesserae that we were able to then secure the rest of our Dream Team! We (us and our guests) are still on a high from the magic of our wedding day and night. I would 100% recommend this venue if you’re looking for something new and modern while also being classy and timeless. Everything was perfect!

AvantGarden (and Mariana, the owner) did a great job with our wedding, especially considering the extreme weather we experienced! We appreciated that the venue was mostly all-inclusive, especially when planning the event from out of town, and for a very reasonable price! The event space itself has a casual, fun vibe with plenty of room for our guests (175) to explore and excellent food and drinks. Many of our guests made a point to come up to us and tell us how much fun they had and how awesome the venue was, and we were shocked by how many people said the taco truck (venue recommendation) was the best wedding food they had ever had! The staff was great and made some excellent cocktails and I also have to shout out DJ Dillon for bringing such a fun vibe to our karaoke after party (another Mariana recommendation). You do need to put your faith in Mariana and be prepared to "let go", however. If you're looking to be very hands-on and are particular about all the little details, prepare to be frustrated because that's not the way Mariana works. She has her own process and knows what will and will not work based on experience, and she can be tricky to get in touch with until closer to the wedding date. Ultimately, though, she came through and did an excellent job for us. Trust in Mariana! Overall, it was super helpful that AvantGarden took care of most of the wedding planning (including delivering our flowers to our off-site ceremony venue), and the space made for such a fun atmosphere during the reception. I would definitely recommend AvantGarden as a wedding venue, especially for couples who are looking for a less stuffy and more unique atmosphere and who are looking to be more hands-off in the planning process.

The Revaire and their team helped make my wedding day the best day ever. Since first touring the venue, our assigned wedding coordinator Monica was a great help. I appreciated her responsiveness to all my emails no matter how annoying. The staff the day of the wedding left no detail forgotten. They even brought cocktails and appetizers to my husband and I after the ceremony while i was getting my dress bustled. My guests would not stop complimenting about what a beautiful venue it was. I also appreciated how easily accessible everything was. The entire venue is one level so no staircases or elevators required. A big plus when you have a big dress. :)

This venue is beautiful! If you want the reception hall super decorated you will have to splurge and get an outside vendor. We went simple so the centerpieces they had were perfect. The venue is a ranch and just gorgeous for pictures. Night pictures were amazing due to the outside lighting and my awesome photographer. We had a beautiful day of weather so it was perfect day pictures and lighting. My coordinator wasn’t the best and barely knew any details from my meetings I had beforehand the wedding. I think that had she been more organized and attentive there would’ve been less confusion and chaos. Overall we enjoyed ourselves just was let down with the coordinator.
