Beautiful Venue!

Ashelynn Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding day. The team communicated very minimally but was clear and covered every detail we needed to know, which made the planning process easier. The property itself is stunning and the price point is hard to beat compared to other venues we looked at. Our guests loved the beautiful space and had an amazing time. One thing to note is that we wouldn't recommend their bartending services, our guests were served warm champagne drinks and the white wine wasn't chilled when it should have been. I highly recommend the caterer on their list, T&M! My sister’s baking company, Wally and Whisk, made my beautiful cake also definitely recommend! Overall, we're happy with the venue itself!

Just married couple

When we first went to the venue to check it out, we loved what we saw, but we thought the starting price was out of our budget until we sat down with Pam and they explained everything we get for what we paid. 1) Venue with all the things you need for the reception minus your own personal touches (Amazing) 2) Catering for 75 guests in the package...and there are multiple vendors to choose from (we ended up with 140 guests) 3) You get a Venue Coordinator 4) Wedding Cake 5) DJ 6) 3 man photography/videography team (not included but well worth the extra cost since purchasing separately from an another vendor might be double what they charge) 7) Separate spaces for every part of the wedding, including a ton of outdoor space for amazing pictures, separate bride and groom prep areas, a chapel with amazing light, reception hall 8) Amazing team that works great together. Pam was amazing to work with. She answered our questions in a very timely manner before the wedding. The week of the wedding she was even more on top of our needs. She understands the stress on the happy couple and strives to make sure it is what we wanted. The day of the wedding, Pam was all over our handling minor requests and at the same time making sure everything went off without a hitch. If you dont enjoy stress in your wedding planning, this is the place to make sure you day goes off with out any of that.

I'm overjoyed to have chosen Ashelynn Manor for my wedding on August 31, 2024. From the moment I met Pam at the Bridal Extravaganza, I knew I'd found the perfect venue. The stunning pictures and warm welcome sealed the deal. We pulled off our dream wedding in less than a year! If you're on a tight timeline and planning a wedding in six months or less, Ashelynn Manor is definitely worth considering. We started looking at the venue in March and had the wedding in August. Pam and Gazi's down-to-earth, personable approach made me feel at ease. Their exceptional customer service and all-inclusive package sold me. With top-rated vendors and seamless planning, I could focus on enjoying my special day. Ashelynn Manor's beauty and amenities exceeded expectations. The venue's decorations were perfect, and I loved the photo booth, 360, and fireworks – our guests raved about them! Pam's outgoing personality, family-oriented approach, and availability for questions made planning stress-free. I highly recommend Ashelynn Manor for an unforgettable wedding experience. The manor itself was nice enough. However, the management was the real issue. They unnecessarily ran photos of the couple through an AI generator WITHOUT their consent and did not tell us until the morning of. The photos completely changed the race of the couple and then they tried to turn around and tell us we sent in those photos? We did not. It did not look at all like the couple. Not just lazy and tacky but AI is incredibly damaging in so many facets. We would’ve preferred nothing on the screen rather than the AI image as we told Pam and Pam said she relayed to Gazi (manor owner!) We should’ve known at that point that the management was a very specific type of person that seems to be pretty common in Texas, but it was the day of the wedding. They were ableist to my friend who is handicapped, and completely rude, trying to make sure she wasn’t in photos. The service workers and bartender were great, but Ms. Pam and Gazi (Manor Owner) need to reflect on their positionality and be intentional about the impact of their words and actions on others. Also be wary, they say they’re legally required by TABC to have uniformed police officers at the event and yet I can’t seem to find ANYTHING about this apparent “law and regulation”. These police officers were strapped and intentionally trying to be intimidating. Would NOT recommend it as a safe space for nonwhite and marginalized ppl. The groom did not know about these issues, as these concerns were raised to me as the Maid of Honor. The groom was not aware. We had a good wedding regardless because WE DID NOT LET THEIR BEHAVIOR RUIN OUR CELEBRATION! However, these are all things that did occur and therefore need to be public!!! EDIT: Because of my review, Gazi (the manor owner) was harassing the wedding couple and I with a barrage of messages. Completely unprofessional and reinforced everything that was said in the review. Get a grip 😭😭😭😭
