    Great Venue to Work With!

    I have been providing vendor services for Richland Pines since their first open house. As a vendor, I always appreciate the way Adriana is very detail oriented, always available, and thinking ahead. She is always professional and puts her clients needs first. When couples see the venue for the first time they immediately fall in love with it. I would highly recommend Richland Pines as great venue choice for any bride/groom who are searching for that special place to make dreams come true!

    I recommend this venue to all couples looking for a rustic and timeless elegant wedding. Its open space , beautiful background settings with nature. Spacious bridal and groom suites to move and take pictures. The outside ceremony area gives you great water view pictures. The large reception hall has great tall ceilings, plenty of room for both photographers and video crew. The wedding coordinator (Adriana) very easy going and ready to help accommodate your every need. You should make this location a definite one on your list to check out.

    The best wedding venue in the area!

    I recently visited Richland Pines to photograph a wedding and I cannot wait to be back. The venue is a beautiful mixture of a modern and farmhouse style. Perfect for a wedding at any time of the year with indoor and outdoor areas. Also, the staff is super friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone!

    When you first walk in the venue you get the sense of Wow and a warm welcome ambiance. Beautiful architectural design for a wedding in the country. Beautifully landscaped and the gazebo overlooking the serene water fountain in the pond is absolutely breath taking and was the perfect setting for the outdoor ceremony! My bride and groom, Ashlyn and Rhett loved it and glow on their faces the entire time was proof they had chosen the perfect venue. The Manager and the owners go out of their way to make thing perfect and are more than accommodating!

To adequately serve our clients, we only schedule ONE event per day at the venue.
The reception area can accommodate up to 250 guest and the outdoor ceremony site can seat 150.
We rent the venue our for a total of 15 hours per event. Clients have a choice of a 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m. time slot or 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m.
Yes, clients have access to that area throughout the entire event.
The doors of the venue will open at the scheduled start time that was noted in the contract.
Client is responsible for all décor items.
Bartending service must be chosen from the list of preferred vendors provided by the venue. It is always best to use professionals that work consistently with the venue.

No, our venue is fully insured. However, wedding insurance is always reccommed. This type of event insurance protects against losses in certain situations. Coverage can extend to the ceremony, rehearsals, receptions, vendors, clothing, jewelry, catering, DJs, deposits, gifts, and even honeymoons. It can protect financially from a wide range of circumstances, such as problems with vendors, illness or injury, extreme weather, military deployment, lost or stolen gifts, and damage to wedding attire/venue. Wedding insurance can safeguard against surprise costs in the event of a worst-case scenario.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. When Richland Pines Venue reserves a date for a client, this means we have turned down other potential customers wishing to use the venue on that date. This is why a non-refundable retainer fee is collected at the time of booking. This cancellation policy is not intended to be punitive but reflects lost business opportunities in reserving the venue for a different event.
Yes, there is wi-fi throughout the property for guests. There is a separate wi-fi account for vendors.
No, the venue does not provide alcohol. Bartending service is used to serve. (Absolutely NO KEGS & NO shots are served) Bartending service must be booked through Just N’ Joy Service & Bartending or Mobile Intoxicologist of Houston. No exceptions $60/hr. per bartender. 4 hours minimum.
Security service must be booked through Bradley Moon. No exceptions $65/hr. per officer. 4 hours minimum. 1 officer = 100 guests Security is on the premises until every guest leaves.
Yes, security is required regardless. Security is there to ensure the safety of everyone.

Pets are allowed…. Make sure to check with a staff member regarding rules & guidelines for pets, please check with management prior to your event.
Make sure that everything brought onto the venue property leaves the property by the end of the night. That includes any linens, photo booths, florals, centerpieces, etc. Dj’s are to stop playing music by 11:00pm/12:00am so they can pack up their gear to be out of the venue.
Everything you or your vendors bring in for your wedding, reception, party, or other event must be gathered up and taken that night. You are responsible for either coordinating a time for vendors to pick up their items that night or taking them with you. Garbage bags and cans will be provided so that you can easily dispose of unwanted items. Anything left will be discarded.
● All decorations, linens, and things should be out of the building by 12am/1am. Depending on contract time. ● Please do not store your belongings on property. ● Please do not iron on any table. (Including round tables, or wooden tables.) If you should need to iron please bring in your own iron and ironing board. ● Please provide your own easels and decorations. ● If you have ANY questions about the contract rules, please contact the Manager. ● Setup can start at 9:00AM/10:00am the day of your event and all wedding party members may arrive at 9:00am/10:00am per contract.
