In May 2025, I was so excited that I found the decorator/florist of my dreams for my wedding in Willis, TX in September 2026. Sarah was kind, and understood my vision, even recommending something that I didn't even think of, but represented my fiancé and I to a "T". Because I am a resident in California, I informed Sarah that I would not be able to attend anything in person given the distance. She assured me that she would be able to video chat with me at the floral vendor to talk flowers, which (again) I thought was a great touch to accommodate me. I was so excited! In August 2025, Sarah reached out to me to check-in about the wedding planning and to confirm that my vision for the day was still the same. Because I had moved during August, I was unable to have a conversation with her until I was all settled in after my move in early September 2025. I am a Type-C bride (between organized and laid-back), so I thought it odd for her to call me to see if my vision changed. She informed me that many brides change their vision for their wedding multiple times before deciding on the design, so the 1-year check-in was normal. I really appreciated that attention to detail. I let her know that my vision was still the same and she commented on how easy of a bride I was. We chuckled and I thanked her for reaching out. In May 2026, my fiancé and I decided to cancel the wedding in Texas and have it in California. We reached out to every vendor (venue/caterer, florist/decorator, DJ and photographer) letting them know and they all got back to us immediately--except for All The Pretty Things. I sent follow-up emails, went to their website and placed an inquiry and called them without a response. It is mid-July and I still have not heard from them. They have not confirmed they received my cancellation emails, and they have not responded to the voicemail I left. According to Google reviews, they are under new management and it shows. If my wedding in September 2026 was still happening, no one has called me to discuss table mock-ups or florals as indicated in my initial call. I've received no responses to anything! In summary, if you are a bride looking to use this company, I do not recommend. While Sarah was helpful and understood my vision, the company as a whole is not good. I gave 2 stars for the two (2) times I spoke with Sarah and had a good experience with her. I do not know who the manager is, but I can say that communication is POOR. If my wedding in September 2026 was still going to happen, I sure don't know that anything would be there because no one has called me

    Do not recommend this vendor

Do not hire Sarah from All The Pretty Things HTX. I got married on May 2, 2026, and Sarah's unprofessionalism nearly derailed one of the most important days of my life. The relationship started fine. In August 2025, we aligned on my vision and budget — I felt heard and excited. That goodwill eroded quickly. The billing was a mess. Weeks before my wedding, an unexpected charge appeared on our account. We flagged it as potential fraud, turns out Sarah had placed a hold on our deposit back in August without clear communication. When I reached out to resolve it, her response was dismissive and unprofessional. My now husband had to step in to get it sorted. Then she didn't show up. To my wedding. The morning of May 2nd, Sarah had a personal issue and drove to the wrong city — we were married in Dripping Springs, not Houston. My wedding planner had to run to HEB and source flowers herself while Sarah scrambled to have a fellow florist deliver my bouquet. To her credit, the bouquet was beautiful. But that is not the point. And she still hasn't made it right. Sarah agreed to reimburse my wedding planner for the emergency flowers. That took over a week, and only after repeated follow-up. She ignored my wedding planner's texts entirely yet responded promptly to my husband. We are still waiting on our own refund. She breached her contract and has not delivered on her obligations. If this is not resolved, we will pursue legal action. Sarah should not be operating a business in this industry. Save yourself the stress — especially on a day you cannot get back. Ultimately, I had a beautiful wedding but that was in no part due to Sarah.

    Wedding flowers

The only positives I can share about our experience are that the flowers themselves were beautiful and the price point was reasonable. However, the communication and professionalism were extremely disappointing. Throughout the planning process, it was almost impossible to get timely responses — emails through the portal went unanswered, phone calls weren’t picked up, and the only way to reach them was through text messages, which often led to more confusion than clarity. On the day of our wedding, they had agreed to arrive by 11 a.m., but didn’t show up until around 1:07 p.m. This delay caused our groomsmen’s photos to be pushed back, and I (the bride) was unable to take pre-ceremony photos as planned. Overall, the lack of communication and reliability made the experience very stressful, and I would not choose to work with this florist again despite the good quality of the flowers.

Sarah was so helpful when deciding what would look best for our venue and color schemes. She was efficient in her communication and kept everything as simple as possible. Such a joy to work with! And the florals were AMAZING!!! Highly recommended!

    Happy tears all day

From the moment we booked All The Pretty Things HTX as our wedding florists, their communication was fantastic. They were responsive, attentive, and truly listened to our vision for the day. When it came to the flowers, they really went the extra mile - Alex even bustled my dress for me! My mom, sister and I got to go to the local flower market and see so many beautiful things. The final arrangements were stunning. Our guests raved about how fresh and vibrant the florals were. Thanks to the hard work of All The Pretty Things HTX, the decor was one less thing we had to stress about on our wedding day. We highly recommend them to any couple looking for a reliable, talented, and personable florist.
