The HTX Event Co

With twenty years of local event catering experience, we know how to make your event one to remember. We are locally owned and operated, we try source as much of our produce locally as well. Our excecutive chef duo and our service team will make sure your event is unforgettable!

We try to make the planning process as stress free as possible, if you want something that isn't on our menu, we will make it, got dietary restrictions, no problem, we can accomodate! Don't let other caters tell you a plated meal is more expensive, we are here to make your wedding meal super special!

Sample catered weddings

This was a very fun group to cater for! The couple wanted to incorporate some of their Latin and Italian backgrounds. Zach really didn't want to have a pasta dish because he was worried about his gluten free guests.

    We did a pasta bar for our son and daughter in laws rehearsal dinner, we had a variety of pastas, sauces, meats, and other toppings. Our guests loved being able to have a wide array of things to pick from. The brides parents said this was better than the wedding catering by far!

    We had The Htx Co cater our daughters wedding in Huntsville, and we were so glad we did. We had a hard time finding some one in the area who could provide what we were looking for. We didn't want "fancy" food but we just wanted soemthing good quality and tasty. We did a tasting with them, tried a couple of different dishes and all fell in love with the short rib. Great food, fair price, good service
