    Beautiful florals and table decor!

    Evelyn and her team were an absolute joy to work with for our wedding florals and table decor! From the very beginning, communication was effortless and thoughtful. Evelyn took such care in asking the right questions and truly listening, which made me feel completely confident that my vision was understood and then brought to life beautifully! When we ran into a challenge with our original stone table numbers from another vendor and had to switch to wood, Evelyn didn’t miss a beat. She remembered my original vision and went out of her way to custom-make marble tiles to incorporate into the tablescape so we could still have that stone element. It was such a meaningful, thoughtful detail and one I will always appreciate. On the wedding day, Evelyn’s calm professionalism stood out. She was incredibly flexible in coordinating with our wedding coordinator and cake vendor, making sure the florals were placed on the cake with care and allowing everything to come together perfectly. As a former event planner planning my own wedding, I know how much goes on behind the scenes and Evelyn and her team made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable. Their attention to detail, creativity, and genuine care truly set them apart. I am so grateful we found them and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful design paired with exceptional service.

    Amazing Team!

    Evelyn and her team do an amazing job of communicating all the important things! It was great to work with a vendor who truly cared about the experience all other vendors were having and for letting me know important details as they unfolded.     Personalized and down to earth

    Evelyn and her team were simply FANTASTIC! Our original florist cancelled out of nowhere and in speaking with different florists, Evelyn was the most dedicated, most eager to jump in. She gave us a beautiful floral palette after just a few minutes on the phone. She listened to my every suggestion and made some wonderful suggestions of her own. The day of, she was prompt, hardworking, and worked well with my coordinator. Highly recommend Ladybug Events & Designs for a very personalized feel to your wedding!

Yes, we offer breakdown services along with delivery, set up, and flower transfer from the ceremony to the reception.
Yes! We offer a variety of rentals for an additional cost from ceremony decor to candelabras, arches, candles, mirrors, and more. Get in touch to see our full list.
Our service area is wherever our clients would like us to go. We have been all over Texas, Hawaii, and California. Of course there is a much more higher delivery fee for your flowers in those area outside a 60 mile radius of San Marcos, TX.
Because we are specifically a wedding/event florist, we do need to look at the florals you are requesting to see what the order would look like on our end.
Consultations last approximately 1 hour but can take up to 2 for larger weddings. Please come prepared with details about your wedding like your budget and style, as well as any inspiration you have for your wedding flowers. This can include images of your venue, photos of your wedding attire, fabric swatches, your color palette, photos from social media, and more. The more information and ideas you provide, the better we can assist you. After your consultation, we will draw up a proposal with prices and email it to you.
It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. For example: Have you selected the location for your ceremony and/or reception? What’s your wedding style? Do you know how many guests you’ll be expecting? Typically, our couples reach out around 6 to 8 months before their big day.
