Our names are Nicole and Patrick. We decided to start Anchor 22 after we got married in March 2024. We were looking for something to stand out at our wedding. We did book something similar and the guests thought it was amazing. Our mobile bar is fun and romantic and everything in between. I love wedding and since I was recently a bride I will do everything possible to make sure your wedding is perfect.

Since then, opening a coffee shop has been one of her life goals and remains so today. Along with her husband Aaron, she set out on that journey of starting with this specialty coffee cart in 2019.
