Private Bartending Service

Palm Beach Cocktails is a licensed and insured private mobile bartending service based in Palm Beach County, Florida. Founded by Konnor and Matt, we provide professional two-bartender teams for weddings, private parties, corporate events, and celebrations across South Florida. Every event gets full bar setup, custom cocktail menus, mixers, fresh garnishes, and complete breakdown. We carry General Liability and Liquor Liability insurance with COI available for any venue. Please note — we provide the bartending service, setup, and mixers, but alcohol is provided by the client.

Every event gets a dedicated two-bartender team, not just a solo bartender stretched thin. We bring bourbon and wine tasting expertise, craft-level cocktail knowledge, and genuine hospitality to every event we work. Our service is fully turnkey. We handle setup, service, and breakdown so you never touch the bar. With $2M in liability coverage and COI available on request, we make venue approval seamless. We also offer personalized spirit consultations so you know exactly what and how much to buy for your guest count.

    Amazing work

    We had an amazing experience with this bartending team! Both bartenders were incredibly professional, respectful, and friendly from start to finish. The drinks were delicious and crafted with real skill and attention to detail. They created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere, making sure every guest felt taken care of and had a great time.     The best!

    Palm Beach Cocktails provided excellent bar services and beverages for our wedding. They were fast, efficient, and very communicative throughout the planning process. The team had a great work ethic and truly strived to ensure our special day was perfect. I don't think I saw them leave the bar once, and they even made delicious mocktails that made me, as a non-drinker, feel included. The quality of their work and value they provided was top-notch. I highly recommend Palm Beach Cocktails for any couple's wedding bar needs.

Travel within Palm Beach County is included. For events in Broward, Martin, St. Lucie, or Indian River counties, a travel fee of $25–$100 may apply depending on distance.
Our packages start at $450 for our Essential package. There is no minimum guest count — we work events of all sizes.
We offer spirit consultations where we help you choose the right cocktail menu for your event and guide you on exactly what and how much alcohol to purchase for your guest count.
Typically we connect once for an initial consultation to go over your vision, guest count, and cocktail preferences. A second touchpoint closer to the event date covers final logistics and your alcohol shopping list.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks out for private events. For weddings and peak season weekends, 2–3 months in advance is ideal. A 50% deposit secures your date.
We serve Palm Beach County, Broward County, Martin County, St. Lucie County, and Indian River County — covering South Florida from Miami up through the Treasure Coast.
No — we provide the bartending service, full bar setup, mixers, garnishes, and breakdown. Alcohol is provided by the client. We offer a complimentary spirit consultation to help you know exactly what and how much to buy.
