Bar-service setup and breakdown are included with our bartending packages. Our bartenders arrive early to prepare our bar equipment, tools, beverages, garnishes and service area so your booked bartending hours are guest-facing. Wedding/event setup and breakdown are separate services and may be added when available. This includes tasks such as setting up or breaking down tables, chairs, décor and rentals, loading/unloading equipment, or assisting with general venue cleanup.
We offer both full-service bar packages and bartender-only/dry bar options, depending on your needs. With bartender-only packages, we'll provide a customized alcohol and consumables supply shopping list so you know exactly what to purchase.
Yes. Bar2HireUSA carries general and liquor liability insurance, and Certificates of Insurance can be provided when required by your wedding venue. All Bar2HireUSA bartenders are certified in responsible alcohol service.
Packages vary, but options can include professional bartenders, portable bar setup, bar tools, ice, mixers, juices, fresh garnishes, cups, napkins, straws, personalized cocktail menus and more. We can customize your package around your wedding.
Staffing depends on your guest count, cocktail menu, venue layout, and service style. Typically, one bartender can comfortably serve up to 50 guests. However, if your cocktail hour and reception take place in separate areas, we recommend considering two bartenders—even for 50 guests—to ensure continuous coverage, minimize wait times, and create a seamless transition between each part of your celebration.
Absolutely! We can help you select and customize signature cocktails based on your tastes, wedding theme, or favorite spirits. We’ll also create and provide a personalized signature cocktail menu display for the bar on your wedding day — at no additional charge!
Yes! We offer handcrafted mocktails and complete alcohol-free bar experiences, making it easy to provide beautiful drink options for children, teens, non-drinkers and guests who simply prefer something alcohol-free.
Yes! Bar2HireUSA provides professional bartenders, waitstaff, and event support staff, allowing couples to coordinate multiple hospitality needs through one trusted company.
For plated and seated dinner service, we recommend approximately 2 waitstaff members for every 25 guests, plus 1 dedicated kitchen/food attendant for every 50 guests. For example, for a 100-guest wedding, we recommend 8 waitstaff members + 2 dedicated kitchen attendants. This staffing level allows the team to properly coordinate dinner setup, food warming and prep. for service, meal service, clearing, cake and dessert service, and other hospitality needs throughout the reception. Having the right number of staff helps each part of dinner service move seamlessly and on schedule while ensuring food is served at the appropriate temperature.
For buffet-style service, we typically recommend 1 to 2 waitstaff member per 30 guests.
Yes. Bar2HireUSA carries general and liquor liability insurance, and we can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) when required by your wedding venue. We can also provide our Workers’ Compensation exemption documentation upon request.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for fall, winter and peak wedding dates in South Florida. Your date is not secured until the required booking deposit is received.
Yes, when arranged in advance. Bar setup and breakdown are included with our bartending packages. General wedding setup/breakdown is a separate staffing service and can include tables, chairs, décor, rentals, loading/unloading, and venue reset or cleanup. This service can be added to your waitstaff package and is typically $40–$50 per staff member, per hour, depending on the scope of work—giving you extra hands without needing to coordinate another company.
For standard bartending packages, your bartender typically arrives 1 hour before bar service begins to prepare the Bar2HireUSA bar and service area. This preparation time is complimentary, so your booked hours are dedicated to serving your guests. If you’d like the bar to be fully set up at least 1 hours before service begins, the first hour remains complimentary and the additional hour can be added for $55–$65, depending on your package.
We understand weddings don't always run exactly on schedule. Our team coordinates with you, your planner, DJ, caterer, or venue as needed to help keep bar service aligned with your celebration. Additional service time may be available when requested and is subject to staff availability and applicable fees for extra time.
Wedding dates are secured with a 25% non-refundable booking retainer. Cancellations 30+ days before the event are eligible for a refund of payments made beyond the retainer. Due to reserved staffing and event preparation, additional cancellation charges apply within 30 days. We happily accommodate one complimentary reschedule with 30+ days' notice, subject to availability. Payments may be transferred to a new date within 12 months. Changes to guest count, location, staffing, or services may affect pricing.
