Our owner's journey in the culinary and beverage world is as rich and vibrant as the cocktails we craft. Born in the South Pacific and raised in the heart of the South, she developed a genuine appreciation for warm hospitality from a young age, starting her career at just 12 years old in her uncle's catering business. Our owner honed her skills working alongside James Beard-nominated chefs and currently bartends at a prestigious Michelin-star restaurant. This invaluable experience has cultivated an exceptional understanding of flavor profiles, ingredient quality, and the art of crafting perfectly balanced cocktails.

I started catering weddings at age 12 while working in my great uncle's catering business. While I started my career making load lists and doing prep work, I'm now an exceptional mixologist and business owner. No matter what type of vision you have in mind~ myself and my team are committed to making your day special!

    Professional bartender and delicious drinks

    Bizzy by the Sea provided exceptional wedding bar services and beverages. Her communication was professional, clear, and timely throughout the planning process. The quality of her work and value was excellent - they maintained a clean, organized work space and served delicious, creatively designed cocktails at fair pricing. They showed up on time with everything needed to efficiently set up the bar, and worked closely with us to develop specialty cocktails that perfectly matched our preferences. We were thrilled with the level of service and quality Bizzy by the Sea delivered, and would highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.

    Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and a huge hit with all of our guests. The bartending service was just as impressive—the drinks were fantastic, service was quick, and everything was handled professionally throughout the entire event. The whole team was friendly, attentive, organized, and made everything feel effortless. It was so nice being able to actually enjoy our event knowing the food and bar were completely taken care of. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional catering and bartending services. We will definitely be using them again!

    It was such a pleasure to work with Bizzy! We hosted a high school graduation party with about 50 guests. Bizzy curated a menu including a grazing station, heavy appetizers and created two unique mocktails for our event. Everything looked and tasted amazing. She and her partner set up, cooked and served, and cleaned up beautifully. I would absolutely recommend Bizzy and will definitely use her again!

    Amazing experience great vibes punctuality and great food. A couple dishes were a bit on the salty side, nonetheless, lovely presentation and hospitality!

Because we tailor every menu explicitly to our clients' requests, we utilized a specific plant-based butter for this custom activation. Plant-based alternatives can carry a naturally higher, more intense savory profile than traditional dairy, but I truly appreciate the feedback on the seasoning balance. It was an absolute pleasure cooking for you and your family. You guys really know how to have a great time!
