“Penderview Events truly went above and beyond to make our day PERFECT. As a DIY and meticulous bride, we knew Anna was the one we would entrust with our vision the moment we had our phone consultation; she was so incredibly sweet and enthusiastic about our big day, and I immediately felt a sense of ease that she will be able to handle all the shenanigans and i can pass her the torch with ease. Although she was hired for "day of", she assisted us in any way possible months leading to and made sure we were on top of all the important tasks leading up to the day of (i.e. vendors contact info, finalizing timeline for the morning/day of, etc.). My big day unfortunately started off disastrous (I became car sick), so I was unable to give guidance with the decor during set up. But since one of the tasks Anna asked me weeks prior was for a list with all the decor and how/where I wanted them placed, Penderview legit made my vision come true!!!!!!!! Penderview was so attentive, that they were even able to place some items which I gave no instructions for (i.e. last minute decided that we wanted wedding party to sit during the ceremony, so I made name placement cards for the reserved chairs, and without mentioning it, they were placed on the chairs in processional order). Penderview was able to execute every event and details on the timeline FLAWLESSLY, and I was able to enjoy the event with ease knowing that everything was in such capable hands. We felt and saw how invested Penderview was throughout the day in making it perfect for us, especially the attention to details and handling all the logistics smoothly behind-the-scenes. I also really appreciated Anna’s assertiveness when hiccups would arise (ie, making sure guests wouldnt be walking in while were ready down the aisle/stay out of view, wedding party prioritized drinking and forgot to come back for portraits; flower girls kept running infront of camera during portraits, and so many other headaches i did not want to deal with, etc.) Not only was Anna able to accomplish and execute my vision beyond expectations, but she was also my emotional support and my right-hand lady, making sure I was always hydrated. Anna’s empathetic and kind demeanor made her feel more like a close friend than just a ‘day of coordinator’. Hiring Penderview was the best investment we made. Thank you so much for making our day magical and we will forever be grateful to Penderview!!!”

Something that was incredibly important to me when deciding on a MUA was finding an artist that is well experienced with a variety of skin tones. Bianca absolutely killed it while doing a variety of different looks. Leading up to my wedding, I went to Bianca for a few facials. The actual experience of the facial was so relaxing, and my skin was so hydrated and glowing leading up to my wedding. After my wedding, I also asked Bianca if she could do a makeup class for me. She had made me feel truly so beautiful (but still like myself). The class made makeup approachable for someone who has very limited makeup experience. “I booked Sarah to do my hair and makeup for my wedding a couple weeks ago, and she was AMAZING!! I had done a makeup and hair trial with someone else before Sarah and I hated my makeup so much and I was really worried I wouldn’t be able to find someone who would make me look amazing, but really subtle. I booked a trial with Sarah and the magic she worked was just incredible. I had airbrush makeup done which I loved as someone who really doesn’t like feeling makeup on my skin. I am sooooo picky about my hair and makeup and Sarah was so flexible and never got offended when I wanted to make tiny adjustments, or bring my own lipstick to use on the day of! She also was so attentive and helpful in the months leading up to my wedding as I tried to narrow down my vision. The masterpiece that Sarah created with my hair was stunning. I think just about every single guest (and everyone I’ve shown photos to) complimented my hair. She brought my dream look into a reality, and I have never felt so beautiful!! Also Sarah really went above and beyond in the getting-ready room with me lol, helping me put on my shoes and getting my train straightened out before my first-look. She also was such a good person to have by my side during that time - when we had a moment alone, she asked me if my mom or anyone stressed me out or anything so that she could get a heads-up on any hiccups we might face. It was so comforting to me that she was thinking about things like that! I really felt like she was in my corner that whole morning/early afternoon. I definitely spent more than I originally planned on hair & makeup, but honestly Sarah is worth everyyyyy penny. I didn’t have to touch up my hair or makeup the entire night, and it felt so good that I had 100% trust in Sarah after my trials. Also another note - we had a really small wedding, so we didn’t have bridesmaids or groomsmen - it was surprisingly hard to find makeup artists who were willing to travel for just the bride’s hair and makeup. I am super thankful that Sarah was willing to do so! Trust me, you will not regret booking with her!! I trust her with my life at this point!!”

“Darcy was an absolute pleasure to work with and we LOVE our photos. She truly captured the emotions of the day and the essence of all the people we love the most. Any time i look at our photos, i find myself involuntarily smiling. She captured the classic posed photos AND the precious in-between moments where people are being their most authentic selves (the face my dad makes when he's really intently listening, the hand gestures my mom uses when she's explaining something and can't find the right words, the face my mother in law makes when she's cracking herself up, the face my father in law makes right before the tears fall, and so so many more). Not ONLY are her photos amazing, but she made us feel so relaxed on the day-of. Her style is totally unobtrusive, which is just what we needed. Darcy got such amazing photos of all our guests we put 4x6" prints in our thank you cards and people were SO appreciative. She's on fridges across America. “If you are searching for somewhere to have the perfect outdoor wedding, look no further than Comus Farm. Lauren and Kara truly pulled out all the stops to make our wedding day unforgettable! In 2023, my husband and I were looking for wedding venues: we were very specifically looking for someplace that would not require a lot of decoration work, since we were planning the whole event ourselves. As soon as my husband and I arrived at Comus Farm, I said “this is it, I want to book this place.” The farm is located in pleasant countryside, and the farm itself has a very beautiful entrance through trees and sunny fields: many of our guests commented on how this made the drive from the off-site ceremony to the reception at the farm very enjoyable. We toured the rose garden, outdoor dining and dancing pavilions, and the large barn, all of which are airy and open, making it feel very welcoming. The farmhouse Airbnb was spacious, clean, and well decorated. Lauren and Kara were both so kind, and they provided a lot of information with us in our first meeting: we signed the contract about a week after seeing the place. Lauren and Kara used AislePlanner to help us get going with our wedding planning. The website is easy to use, and the provided checklist covered literally every single tiny detail you could possibly need to consider for the planning journey. I was especially pleased with the seating chart map, it made it so easy for us to track guest meals, stage table set up, and communicate special requests. It also prints out the layout really nicely if you need to send it to your catering company. Our wedding party stayed at the farmhouse Airbnb the night before and after the wedding. Everyone had a really fantastic time, there was more than enough space for the girls to get ready in the AM, and the food provided was delicious! During the reception, my grandparents enjoyed their dinner in the kitchen so they could get some quiet time and rest, but they were still close enough to the wedding so they could say hello to the guests and listen to the speeches happening in the dinner pavilion. I also cannot say enough about how much we appreciated Lauren and Kara’s thoughtfulness throughout the planning process and on the day. They patiently answered so many of our questions, and they allowed us to come by three separate times to see the farm and meet with our vendors. They coordinated the vendors without a hitch, and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing on the day of the wedding. Kara drove the two of us and our photographer out to more remote areas on the farm to get some portrait shots. Lauren coordinated some fun photos with the alpacas, which was a lot of fun! Comus Farm is truly a beautiful spot to have a wedding, complete with a team that made our day perfectly stress-free. I’ll definitely be looking for any other reason to book with them in the future :)”

“As soon as we took a tour of the Atrium, we knew this was the perfect spot to get married. The gardens are beautiful, and the inside the building the glass walls, plants, and little river give an airy and natural feel. I didn't worry about rain because you feel like you're outside even when you're in. When guests got too hot on the dance floor, they could go out and socialize on the patio overlooking the gardens in the cool night air. Given the meal prices for comparable venues, this venue is GREAT VALUE!! The food was great and the guests were happy. There were a couple small things that might be helpful to share, though. Our point of contact changed several times in the span of our engagement and there was sometimes a delay in communication. Also, the venue was marketed as a capacity of 200 people but it is better suited to weddings of 160-180 guests. When you go over 180, you have to choose some guests to seat in a room that feels divided by the little stream which is awkward. Also, there is no space for getting ready so brides and bridesmaids have to get ready off-site. Overall, I was overjoyed with having my wedding day here and I think for the price we still had an incredible experience. I don't regret it at all!!”

“If I could give Stefan ten stars, I would. Working with him was an incredible experience from start to finish. He did our engagement photos and our wedding photos and for the former he traveled to New York so we could do the shoot at a location that has a great deal of meaning to us. My husband and I are not people who are usually comfortable in front of a camera, but Stefan goes above and beyond to make sure he is prepared and that you are prepared to have the best shoot possible. He has detailed guides for both engagement and wedding shoots, which were incredibly helpful. He also meets with you to discuss your goals for the shoot, get to know who you are as a couple, and understand the vibe you are going for. Our engagement shoot was on a cold and windy day in a location unfamiliar to him and he did research, arrived early, and knocked it out of the park. For our wedding day, the timeline went exactly to plan and any stress or nerves I was feeling completely melted away because we already knew Stefan was on top of it, knew what we wanted from the day, and that we had a rapport going between us. On our wedding day, our friends and family absolutely gushed about Stefan and how great he is. I can't tell you how many times someone came up to me and said, "Who is your photographer? He is AWESOME." Stefan's style is authentic and he is incredibly skilled. The photos are breathtaking without seeming unnatural or overworked. He is great at capturing your vibe as a couple and making sure that comes through in the photos. He is so easy to get along with and can make even the least photogenic among us (pointing at myself here) comfortable in front of the camera. He is a great photographer and an even more delightful human being and I would recommend him to absolutely anyone.”

“WOW! Kiley absolutely blew me away with the look she was able to achieve for my wedding. As a no-makeup girlie, I was quite nervous to wear any on the big day and not feel like myself. Her consultation process is extensive because her attention to detail on every wish you want is spot-on. I told her I wanted a bit of pop of color possibly on my lips but overall just wanted to enhance my beauty with soft pink tones. I highly, highly recommend doing the trial session first because it helped us realize what colors looked good on me and how much makeup I actually wanted on. She is an expert at applying individual fake lashes which 1) helped me not bleed mascara down my face when I cried and 2) looked stunning without looking unnatural! After the trial, I emailed her some of my thoughts and she executed my vision perfectly on the actual day. She also made my mother and maid of honor look absolutely gorgeous; we all felt so confident and beautiful all day long! Most of all, she was just such a sweet presence the day-of and the whole planning process. I am so incredibly appreciative of Kiley's artistic gift and cannot recommend her enough!!!”
