“Emily was a pleasure to work with. She helped me make tweaks to our tablescape and florals leading up to the wedding to match our vision perfectly! We were so excited when we entered the reception area to beautiful bud vases and cozy light from candles along the tables. It set a lovely atmosphere for our dinner. Emily was very responsive throughout the process which helped us feel really confident leading up the wedding. She also brought such quality florals/greenery and had the best pricing we found through a thorough vendor search. We can’t say enough good things about working with her and would definitely recommend to other couples!”

“Overall I was very happy with the flowers and how easy it was to order them and return them. We had A destination wedding in June in Florida so real flowers would have just wilted so these were a perfect choice. My only critic is that the corsage and boutonnières were pretty used. They weren’t the prettiest but the 2 bouquets I ordered looked pretty good. I do recommend them especially for a destination wedding and low cost.”

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers
Rating: 4.9 (110 reviews)
  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Cuttingsville, VT

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
“This was my second time using Flower Moxie for wedding flowers (first for our daughter, and now for her college roommate). Both experiences were wonderful…it’s definitely a labor of love, but Flower Moxie had everything I needed in terms of supplies and education to make the process smooth and truly enjoyable for this wannabe florist! We had one bunch of lisianthus that got crushed in transport. Joe Ramos from Customer Support responded to our claims email very quickly and had an option for us to pick up replacement flowers from a wholesaler in our area. When we were unable to make that happen, Flower Moxie fully refunded the bride, no questions asked. I’ll be doing wedding flowers for another of my daughter’s friends this spring using Flower Moxie, and I can’t wait!”

“Working with Wood & Word Blooms was such a great choice for our wedding. They created beautiful sola wood floral arrangements that looked elegant and felt so personal to us. What really stood out was how unique their designs were—they didn't just give us something generic, but truly listened to what we wanted and brought our vision to life. Since the flowers were faux, we didn't have to stress about them wilting on our big day, and honestly, guests couldn't even tell they weren't fresh. The quality was exceptional for the price, and we still have our bouquets and centerpieces to keep as keepsakes. Our guests even took some centerpieces for themselves! We'd recommend Wood & Word Blooms to any couple looking for floral designs that are both beautiful and built to last.”

“The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”

I bring both professional and academic training to every arrangement. I studied fine arts at the University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League university, and I apply that same eye for color, composition, and detail to every bouquet, centerpiece, and installation. Your florals aren't just decorations to me. They're a work of art, built specifically for your day. Wedding florals shouldn't force you to choose between beautiful and affordable. I've watched too many couples fall in love with a Pinterest board, then feel deflated by the quote that comes with it. That's not how I work.

“The Ivy League Wedding Studio Florals simply knocked my socks off when I showed up on my wedding day. It is not just the quality of their flower arrangements, but also their exceptional creativity.”

After the global zombie apocalypse, in the early winter of '24, I heeded the call, picked up my shovel and shotgun and headed out to the fields. Protecting this wide world from the pestilence that is the zombie flower is no small feat, but I've learned to survive. I've made it my mission to hunt these jokers down, wrangle them together, and to serve to you dead off the proverbial platter. In these post-apocalyptic times, the zombie flowers make for excellent mantle trophies, but some have said they make awesome wedding bouquets. Whatever your cup of tea, these zombie flowers are one of a kind prepared just for you.

“We contracted Zombie Flowers to provide bouquets for our runway models at Uncon Bridal Con. They were amazing at their communication leading up to the event and delivered the bouquets promptly according to our schedule the day of the event. Their punctuality gave our models enough time to rehearse the runway with their florals. Aside from their great professionalism, Zombie Flowers is a super creative company. Their floral arrangements can be described as wild, yet put together giving a very unique aesthetic that you can't find from Etsy. The best thing that brides say about their products is that their lightweight and already preserved for life. We cannot recommend them enough to add something special to your wedding day!”
