Every menu is built around you - your story, your guests and your venue - with regional and international flavors like Colorado lamb, house-smoked brisket and cedar-plank salmon. We do plated dinners, family-style, buffets, action stations, passed appetizers and late-night bites, and we're happy to add bartending to your catering. Everything is made in our own kitchen, and dietary needs are never an afterthought.

Every menu is written for your wedding, never pulled from a binder. Choose plated, family style, stations or buffet, with passed appetizers and a bar if you want one. Our team handles setup, service and cleanup so you can enjoy the night. Weddings start at $100 a guest, with staff, setup and cleanup included and no added service charge.
