I booked the all-day package, which was absolutely wonderful — I was able to change looks from the ceremony to the reception, and Elena stayed with us the entire time, touching us up throughout the day to make sure we always looked flawless. She also did my mom’s hair and makeup beautifully and even did touch-ups on my husband, which we really appreciated. She was incredibly patient — especially with my mom, who got teary several times — and handled every touch-up with such kindness and care. That meant so much to both of us. She really took the time to understand the look I was going for and absolutely nailed it. I felt beautiful, confident, and completely myself.
