Top Hand Tan has experience in both Pageants and Weddings across the state of Texas. An additional traveling fee is added to the base pricing. This product line best compliments cool skin tones that naturally have a more pink and red color. The Luxe formulas contain violet undertones to create a deep brown tan and an alcohol base for a quick-dry, comfortable feel. This product line best compliments warm skin tones that naturally have a more yellow or orange color.
