About Boettcher Films

Boettcher Films was made in an attempt to slow down and simplify. Using only film formats, my husband and I have been documenting weddings on Super8 and 35mm since 2020. With many trial and errors, blank rolls, and jammed shutters, I've come to fall in love with the art of learning film. If you treat it right, it blossoms with its magical colors and grains. My family and I are nestled in a small farming community west of Houston, Texas. Our desire for slow intentional living has fostered not only our wedding inspiration, but also how we do life. You will find these themes woven throughout our work.

We are a husband+wife team that specializes in super8 and 16mm vintage wedding videos. We also offer film photography+super8 packages as well! We are always honored to be a part of encapsulating the holy moments of others. Our desire is that these mediums of art will live on as your families visual legacy.

    Gracie has an artistic eye unlike any other videographer/photographer I've ever worked with; not to mention she does it on film.
