The Cracker Factory is a renovated industrial factory in Geneva, New York. This 65,000 square foot factory houses The Cracker Factory, 3Stories non-for-profit, and Miles and May Furniture Works. The Cracker Factory building, built in the early 1900s, was first home to Geneva Forge, a cutlery manufacturer. In 2007, Miles and May Furniture Works moved their production to the first story and began renovations on the previously unoccupied building. Since 2010, the second-floor gallery space has been in use for art shows, concerts, and events.

The Hillcrest Estate is a historic mansion with incredibly unique style, located in the countryside between Rochester and Buffalo, New York. The estate boasts over a hundred acres of pristine land and quite a few famous visitors. Two main areas are available for your wedding party at The Hillcrest Estate. The ballroom, accented with vintage decor and two massive fireplaces, antique furniture, hardwood flooring, and chandeliers, can accommodate up to 110 guests. Then, looking outside, the veranda features a tiered terrace and reflecting pool along with impeccably maintained lawn space for your ceremony and reception. The outdoor space with a tent can host roughly 200 guests. The Mansion, built in 1906, was a wedding gift to Elizabeth and Erickson Perkins from the brides parents. The Perkins Mansion was generously donated by Elizabeth Perkins in 1947 as a gathering place for women.

Oak Knolls Manor was built in 1906 and is a preserved Wells Barn in Western New York. We host only ONE event a weekend which allows our clients the opportunity to slow down, have time to set up, and enjoy family and friends. The rural location really creates a destination wedding feel. The venue features our silos with propane fire pits and outdoor furniture to relax and take in the views. The silos are also a great spot for a cigar bar. Equipped with two large decks on either side of the venue, one is covered and remains completely waterproof even when the weather doesn't cooperate. The other overlooks the Genesee Valley where there is plenty of open space to see for miles. We have tables and padded fruitwood chairs to accommodate up to 250 guests. Including 8 farm tables, 20 rectangular tables, and 10 rounds. We also have durable padded ceremony chairs and two wood stained arbors to choose from along with ceremony coordination services. All included with venue and ceremony costs.
