Tired of the same wedding barn look? This 1883 historic Laundry building is the epitome of a unique venue. It has several spaces to choose from- from an intimate 50 person ballroom (great for ceremonies) to a larger 150 person main reception area. The outdoor terrace has beautiful party lights and allows the party to spill outside. There is also a 2 bedroom apartment that can be included to use as a bridal suite or to house the couple. The flexible space is set up with A/V and projector and comes with square tables that can be arranges in multiple ways. We are an open vendor venue and you can provide your own alcohol (with TABC bartending) saving you money. Or leave the planning to us and check out our affordable all-inclusive options. SJP Ranch is a tranquil rustic venue located in Cleveland, Texas. Our venue mimics an old western town and sits on 15 beautiful country acres. The venue is 4500 square feet and can accommodate up to 175 guests. There are endless photo opportunities for you to choose from for your memorable day, such as the half-acre pond with a fountain water feature or our Chapel facade surrounded by wide open pastures with roaming horses and Longhorns.

As local residents, we felt our small, picturesque East Texas town of Splendora needed a unique attraction that would meet the wedding and events needs of our local and neighboring communities. Couples in our area have long been in search of an event hall to accommodate weddings of all sizes, without having to drive an hour (or more) to the next big city. When we first discovered this remote piece of property with the ideal-sized pond, we envisioned it with dreamy, flowing fountains that would create a romantic backdrop for the most memorable bridal/wedding scenery. Field of Flowers is an event venue located on a 27-acre farm in New Waverly, Texas. The original home was built in 1887 and was moved from Willis, Texas. In 2011, the owners made vast improvements which now presents a 4,000 square foot East Texas school house style home. The home is surrounded by hay fields and a two-acre stocked pond. The eastern section of the property is host to The Good Stuff flower farm.
