With its Yosemite South location 12 miles from the South Gate and right off Southern Yosemite Highway 41 it offers easy access to the park entrance and quiet seclusion. A perfect choice for a reception after a Yosemite wedding or full events at this location. The Villa is close to town for convenience of dining, supermarkets and supplies, and also secluded, backing up to 2000 untouched acres of mountain sunset views. The Marshall family traces its history in the Sanger area back to the early 1900’s when Hugh M. Marshall first purchased 160 acres northeast of Sanger where the family still farms today. Over the years they have farmed many different crops. Early on there were figs, wheat, table and raisin grapes, plums, nectarines, and later wine grapes.
