The venue boasts charming rustic features, including original horse stable doors, whiskey barrel cocktail tables, and handcrafted wooden furniture, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. For those staying overnight, The Pilot Pad, a cozy studio suite, is included in the rental, offering the perfect retreat after your event. Guests can also enjoy the added convenience of a state-of-the-art Bluetooth Sonos sound system. The Venue is a unique space that allows you to host your event with pride and confidence. The Venue is located in the downtown historic district of Sedalia, Missouri. We are located within two blocks of The Hotel Bothwell and across the street from Kay's Bridal and Tuxedo. You and your guests are also within walking distance of restaurants, bars, barbershops, beauty salons and the Ozark coffee shop. The building has been renovated by adding modern touches to the original charm that was created in 1906. The Venue's main level exhibits industrial chic accents such as; Grand chandeliers, string lighting, concrete countertops, exposed brick, the original hardwood floors and punch tin ceiling.

Whether a wedding, party, or hosting a fundraiser, the Lodge at Ironwoods will make your vision come to life. Located inside Leawood's beautiful Ironwoods Park, the Lodge has vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams, metal chandeliers, a full commercial kitchen, and an attached patio overlooking the woods. Our open vendor policy allows for the renter to customize the decor, menu, and entertainment as they see best fit. Beautiful attached patio for outdoor ceremony opportunity seating up to 200. The Lodge accommodates up to 300 for dinner or 500 for cocktail party.

Housed in the restored Fire Station No. 31, Fire House KC has been meticulously renovated with tradition and elegance. Throughout the entire space, several preserved accessories and artifacts from the era are showcased, including the original fire pole, antique fire hose cart, and fire hose shaft. Blending the history of the area with modern infusions, Fire House KC is now a classy, elegant, and charming event space. The main hall showcases original brick walls and windows, with antique chandeliers adding a touch of elegant refinement. The second floor, which once housed the offices and sleeping quarters for one-duty workers, now features multiple suites for the wedding parties to prepare as well as a perfect intimate ceremony room. A private courtyard space is also available, making an ideal area for a ceremony, cocktail hour or for guests to enjoy a breath of fresh air. Newlyweds-to-be can host both ceremonies and receptions at Fire House KC and have access to the entire space.
