At Emerson Fields wedding venue and estate, you're not just reserving a space for a few hours. You're reserving our family-owned and operated estate - along with a team who truly cares. Your wedding is too important to stress out about every little detail. So, we'll provide you with guidance through the planning. Clear communication and collaborative meetings with you, your vendor team, and our staff are part of the package to ensure everyone is on the same page. Our spacious main venue comfortably seats up to 300 guests and comes with everything you need for a seamless celebration. Our estate boasts of a private lake, a shaded ceremony pavilion, open meadows, a manicured terrace, and a beautiful veranda. With two beautifully designed dressing suites, a fully equipped kitchen, a built-in bar, and all the tables and chairs provided, you’ll find that Emerson Fields offers all the essentials to make your wedding day effortlessly perfect.

Our open meadows are perfect for group wedding party photos, a wedding ceremony surrounded by nature, or as the backdrop to your wedding day.

The Pavilion
Under the shelter of our all-white, open-air pavilion this area offers all the beauty of the outdoors.
Get married outside, but with the security of being on solid ground and under shelter. The incredible thing about the white pavilion is it acts a ceremony chapel or the perfect space for an outdoor cocktail hour. The design of the pavilion is also similar to a giant softbox for your wedding photography, soft light is ideal for the ceremony and portraits. We have lights, electrical outlets, sliding doors, and a concrete pathway that makes this space so versatile!

Amazing Experience in Every Way
We had our wedding at Emerson Fields this past weekend, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, the owners and their team—Amelia, Steve, and Susan—were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond throughout the entire planning process and made sure everything ran smoothly on the big day. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for our vision made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Emerson Fields! Our September wedding was truly everything we had envisioned and more. While many of our guests were local, a large portion traveled from Kansas City and even from across the country to celebrate with us.
