Dry Hire Mobile Bar company serving weddings around Kansas City, MO. This team of professionals aims to brings an elevated experience straight you, allowing you to sip and celebrate wherever you are. On the big day, they will handle all the logistics of setup & breakdown. While you’ll provide the alcohol, the Classic Cocktails team will come prepared with all of the equipment needed. Every service includes at least one certified bartender, a basic bar setup, cups, straws, napkins, 2-3 tables with skirts, a cocktail menu for the bar, and a shopping list for alcohol, mixers, and garnishes. General & liquor liability insurance is also included.

Description

Are you needing just a bartender? This means no supplies, no preparation, no set up or breakdown, no shopping list, no cocktail menu, literally just a bartender. The Bartender will show up at least 15 minutes before the start time and will leave 15 minutes after the end time. This means the bar will need to be set up prior to the bartenders arrival and then will need to be taken down and cleaned up after the event by someone else.

    I was the maid of honor at my friend's wedding and Bailey was an absolute star bartender! From start to finish, she was professional, personable, and incredibly skilled behind the bar. She kept the drinks flowing smoothly all night, handled guests with ease, and made everyone feel welcome with her warm and friendly attitude. She quick and efficient and she also had a great knowledge of cocktails and made some amazing drinks! You could tell she truly enjoys what she does, and it showed in the quality of her service. She provided my friend with a shopping list of all the beer, wine, liquors, mixers, and garnish and even where to purchase them to get the best deals! My friend had 2 signature cocktails and they were out and ready at the bar when the ceremony was over so guest could grab them right away! If you’re looking for a top-notch bartender for any event, I highly recommend Bailey—she’s the best! I'll be using her for my own wedding!

According to Kansas & Missouri law, in order to operate as a "dry hire" bartending service, YOU will provide the beer, wine, and liquor. But you get to keep it! I wil provide you a shopping list for Beer, Wine, and Liquor! And garnishes and mixers if you want to purhcase those too.
YOU keep everything! Since you purchased the beer, wine, and liquor prior to the event you will keep any left overs. Depending on where you purchased the beer, wine, and liquor you may return them to the retail store if their return policy allows it.
We will go over exactly how much to buy and what to buy if you book with us. I will create a shopping list for you!
No, you are not charged for the setup and breakdown time.

Yes, the company has General Liability Insurance & Liquor Liability Insurance. And all of our bartenders are TIPS® certified (Training for Intervention Procedures) to know how to serve guest.
There are many events we can bartend. Some include: wedding, wedding showers, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, birthday parties, anniversaries, superbowl parties, pool party, backyard gathering, house party, open house, holiday parties, employee parties, charity functions, galas & SO MUCH MORE! If theres any reason for drinks to be there, I'll be there!
Per State Law, we do have to charge a sales tax. Sales tax will be added in your official quote. Also, depending on how you want to pay there could be a 3% fee for credit/debit cards, 2% fee for ACH/Bank Transfer or NO FEE for checks!
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 10 months in advance. Sooner the better!
At least once to go over menu design and shopping list! But we usually FaceTime for those! If you want to FaceTime more often we are always available for that!
We service a 100 miles radius from Kansas City, MO! Anything past that will be a additional fee
