    Would definitely recommend! 10/10

    I was the maid of honor at my friend's wedding and Bailey was an absolute star bartender! From start to finish, she was professional, personable, and incredibly skilled behind the bar. She kept the drinks flowing smoothly all night, handled guests with ease, and made everyone feel welcome with her warm and friendly attitude. She quick and efficient and she also had a great knowledge of cocktails and made some amazing drinks! You could tell she truly enjoys what she does, and it showed in the quality of her service. She provided my friend with a shopping list of all the beer, wine, liquors, mixers, and garnish and even where to purchase them to get the best deals! My friend had 2 signature cocktails and they were out and ready at the bar when the ceremony was over so guest could grab them right away! If you’re looking for a top-notch bartender for any event, I highly recommend Bailey—she’s the best! I'll be using her for my own wedding!

    Classic Cocktails was absolutely amazing! Bailey was so wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She was incredibly responsive and always encouraged me to ask questions or reach out about anything I was stressed about so she could help. That made such a difference while planning a wedding! She created a great shopping list based on our guest count, helped us put together a fun custom drink menu based on what we thought our guests would enjoy, and even made the cutest custom cups. Once we booked with Classic Cocktails, I truly did not have to worry about anything bar-related, which was such a relief. Our guests also LOVED the bartending crew! I’ve had several people come up to me since the wedding specifically to tell me how fun the bartenders were and how great all of the drinks tasted. It was so nice knowing that our guests had such a great experience too. I would 100% recommend booking with Classic Cocktails. They made the entire process easy, stress-free, and fun from beginning to end!

    Bailey and her sister were fantastic! From the planning phase all the way up to the wedding. I never once stressed about the bar or alcohol at the wedding thanks to her. I don’t just recommend you use her, I insist! Everyone at the wedding could not stop talking about how delicious the drinks were. She truly made our day so very special.

According to Kansas & Missouri law, in order to operate as a "dry hire" bartending service, YOU will provide the beer, wine, and liquor. But you get to keep it! I wil provide you a shopping list for Beer, Wine, and Liquor! And garnishes and mixers if you want to purhcase those too.
YOU keep everything! Since you purchased the beer, wine, and liquor prior to the event you will keep any left overs. Depending on where you purchased the beer, wine, and liquor you may return them to the retail store if their return policy allows it.
We will go over exactly how much to buy and what to buy if you book with us. I will create a shopping list for you!
No, you are not charged for the setup and breakdown time.
Hiring Classic Cocktails means you get a fully customized bar experience right at your event. Unlike a restaurant or a Full service mobile bar, we bring everything to you, offering flexibility, personalized drink menus, and professional service. You’ll save money by providing your own alcohol while still enjoying expertly crafted cocktails and a fun, stress-free experience for you and your guests! Plus, you keep any left over alcohol and can return it to the store you purchased it if they allow that!

Yes! What sets Classic Cocktails apart is our commitment to making your special day as stress-free as possible. That’s why we offer flexible payment plans tailored to your needs. Yes, the company has General Liability Insurance & Liquor Liability Insurance. And all of our bartenders are TIPS® certified (Training for Intervention Procedures) to know how to serve guest.
There are many events we can bartend. Some include: wedding, wedding showers, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, birthday parties, anniversaries, superbowl parties, pool party, backyard gathering, house party, open house, holiday parties, employee parties, charity functions, galas & SO MUCH MORE! If theres any reason for drinks to be there, I'll be there!
Sales tax of 9.6%. Also, depending on how you want to pay there could be a 3% fee for credit/debit cards, 2% fee for ACH/Bank Transfer or NO FEE for checks!
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 10 months in advance. Sooner the better! We've had couples book 2 years in advance a few times!
At least once to go over menu design and shopping list! But we usually FaceTime for those! If you want to FaceTime more often we are always available for that!
We service a 100 miles radius from Kansas City, MO! Anything past that will be a additional fee
Yes, our event minimum is $750 for all weddings and private events. We would love to offer our services for super duper cheap but good things aren't cheap and cheap things aren't good!
At this time, no.
The amount of bartenders depends on guest count, drinking habits, and what is being served! If you have 200 guests serving beer, seltzers, wine, mixed drinks, 2 signature cocktails, then 3-4 bartenders will be needed. But if you're only serving beer, seltzers, wine and 2 signature cocktails then 2-3 will be needed. Only serving Beer, Seltzers, Wine, then only 2 will be needed. It all depends on guest count and what is being served!
