The Barn serves as the heart of the property, featuring a warm interior with exposed beams, twinkling lights, and heated concrete floors for year-round comfort. Large traditional barn doors on either end create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, while a covered deck wraps around the building, offering a scenic spot for cocktail hours. Just outside, the Ceremony Lawn provides a tranquil open-air setting framed by a wooden perimeter fence and a lush backdrop of native trees. For preparations, the venue includes two private, on-site dressing quarters, ensuring the wedding party can relax and get ready in style before the festivities begin.

Inside the barn we have 170 chairs. If its a reception only inside you could bring more chairs in and fit around 200 guests.
Currently, we offer 4, 60” round tables and 30, 6' long rectangle tables at no additional charge. How long do we have at the venue? Everyone is welcome from 8:00am til 12:00am.

Yes, although we do not offer any child care during the events. Most couples provide entertainment or a sitter during the event.
We welcome DJ’s and live bands.
We offer a small sound system with your rental of the barn.

Absolutely! Customize your event by providing your music favorites. ​
You are welcome to bring in the caterers of your choice or even self cater. We do have a list of well known caterers.
We offer tables and chairs. Table linens are available to rent through Windy Hill Weddings. ​
We offer a package called the weekend package just for this reason! It is very common for wedding parties to want to use the barn for rehearsal dinner the evening before. One day can be used to decorate and rehearse and the other for your wedding followed up by Sunday morning for clean up.
It depends on which package you selected on the time you get.
Yes, Cedar Tree Barn offers separate dressing quarters. The bride and groom each have their own.
Yes! There’s plenty of room for everyone!
Yes! They just need to be contained, there should not be any open flame. For example inside a mason jar.
At this time, we do not offer wifi.
