We used Eric for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and for all three he exceeded our expectations. The music was phenomenal and the lighting looks amazing in pictures. He helped us host a great party, was receptive to all of our song requests and preferences, and checked in with us as needed before and throughout the wedding. “Our experience with Jeff was excellent from start to finish, and we highly recommend him for any event. After contacting numerous DJs, we found that many were slow to respond, lacked transparent pricing, or spent more time trying to upsell us on extras we didn't want than learning about our vision. Jeff was exactly the opposite. Communication was prompt and effortless, his pricing was fair and transparent, and he offered everything we were looking for, including sound systems for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, as well as attending our rehearsal to ensure the ceremony music went smoothly. “DJ Neal was an amazing choice for our recent wedding at the Rust Manor House in Leesburg, VA. From the beginning of the wedding process, DJ Neal was friendly, communicative, and thoughtful. He took into consideration some of our favorite artists and curated a wonderful playlist for our wedding day (i.e., ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception). We had quite a unique request being “early 2000s nostalgia” for the reception and he delivered! During couples portraits before the ceremony, I remember telling people how much I enjoyed the music he was playing. Additionally, during our reception in the outdoor tent, everyone was out of their seat and on the dance floor. As someone who considers themselves a homebody, he really brought me and my (now) husband out of our shells and created such a fun energy. The transitions between songs were so smooth and well executed. Additionally, he was a wonderful and well-spoken MC for our event. We really appreciated him for being part of our big day! “Every time someone asks me what the highlight of our wedding was, I laugh — because as much as I loved each moment that I spent with my new husband, the real answer is THE BAND. From the second those opening chords of “Hot To Go” hit, I genuinely felt like I had died and gone to heaven. The energy was unreal. The dance floor was packed, the vibe was electric, and it was everything I had dreamed of and more. The lead singers were not only exceptionally talented, but also so kind, warm, and gracious. I have a musical background, and after a martini, I felt brave enough to join this marvelous band on stage, and they made me feel like an absolute rockstar (even though I’m quite sure I didn’t sound like one). Their presence and energy completely transformed the night. Our wedding would not have been the same without them — I truly mean that with my whole heart. “Hiring DJ Don X was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We were a little nervous about blending my vibrant Nigerian culture with Ben's family's background for a truly unified party. We needed a DJ who could be a cultural translator, a party starter, and a vibe curator. DJ Don X exceeded every expectation. From our initial consultation, he was invested. He asked thoughtful questions about specific Highlife, Afrobeats, and Afro-pop songs that were important to my family, and he was equally enthusiastic about incorporating classic rock and indie hits that spoke to Ben's side. “Kelton was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He stuck with us even when we had to postpone our wedding for two years due to the pandemic, so we really appreciated his commitment to working with us. Kelton has a great system for figuring out your taste, priorities, and run of show. He set up very quickly at our venue, which was key given we were running on a tight schedule, and he managed to produce nice sound in a very cavernous space (no idea how!). He kept us running on time and made all transitions seamless. His music perfectly matched the vibe we wanted, starting with a relaxed cocktail hour and dinner, and gradually increasing the tempo into a full-scale dance party as the night went on. And our friends and family had an absolute blast! He had everyone from 20 somethings to family in their 60s and 70s dancing until the very end! We got so many positive messages the next day, including one person who described our DJ as being "on fleek."”
