“We had our wedding at The Rose Event Center in September 2025 and the entire process was a DREAM! The venue is stunning and has so much character - exactly what we were looking for! This was our 4th venue we toured and I knew it was the one the moment we started to walk through. Both Patricia and Emily were incredible to work with. They were extremely prompt and organized in every email and conversation we had. What we loved the most is that this is an all-inclusive venue -- something that is not very typical with other venues. The transparency in the price and what it includes were 100% exact & there were no hidden fees. We loved working with their recommended vendor (elite entertainment) for our DJ and decor. That is the only outside vendor, besides our photographer & makeup/hair people. We chose to add extra time and have access to the venue earlier on our wedding day so that both parties could get ready at the venue and I highly recommend doing that! We both had breakfast at nearby restaurants and timed everything out so that the girls would arrive first to start getting ready. The bridal space upstairs is gorgeous and perfect for getting ready with your girls. We had our first look in the state room (bar upstairs) and it was the perfect intimate moment we wanted. We sent our wedding party & parents down to the park (2 blocks away) by the river and walked down there after our first look for family/bridal party photos - a true dream without having to coordinate transportation. I cannot recommend The Rose and their staff enough. The food was delicious and our guests enjoyed being able to explore up on the mezzanine level throughout the night. (*inside tip - you can go to the Buffalo Rose next door and do a wine tasting before making your wine selections!) Make sure you get the Churros for dessert! Our *only* regret is that we didn't have more dessert for out guests -- it ran out very quickly as we had more guests stay than expected and everyone wanted the churros (we did the dessert bar with 4 different varieties) Book your tour at The Rose Event center - you won't regret it!”

We went with the inclusive package and added Beau from Blue Spruce Photography as our photographer and NOCO Party Bus for our shuttle to Golden (from the Bliss Benefits through Wedgewood). Beau was absolutely phenomenal to work with, helped plan our day to really enjoy our wedding, and captured beautiful pictures of every moment. The NOCO shuttle was excellent and perfectly on time. Everything came together flawlessly and made our wedding really feel like an elevated, carefully crafted event at a more accessible price.”

My wife and I own a DJ & coordination company that frequents The Oaks as well as 100 other venues in Colorado. They always deliver exceptional weddings, are easy to work with, and simply do a better job then most of them. From the outside looking in, it is absolutely stunning and has multiple spaces that give off different, but elegant vibes for several styles of photos. What you don't see is what truly makes this venue special. Let's start with the team. They are absolutely phenomenal and every member has one mission in mind, provide the best possible experience and service to their clients. They are thoughtful, preemptive, and passionate about what they do and it shows. Whether it's a couple getting married, their grandmother, or a random guest. They all get treated like royalty. We are a homeowner's association with a rental facility known as The Grange, which is located 30 minutes between Denver and CO Springs. Opened in 2004, The Grange seamlessly blends rustic charm with contemporary amenities. Central aspects include natural light, grand ceilings, a bar and prep kitchen, a covered patio with heating capabilities, and a perimeter of garage doors for a free-flowing indoor/outdoor concept. Renting with us is “DIY” - We provide the venue, plus some amenities, and you bring it to life (no required vendors). Please note we are NOT an all-inclusive venue and our rates are HOURLY. “THE GOOD STUFF The Grange fit our needs really well for a 50 person baby shower. With the setup we chose, the room felt full but not crowded and allowed for ample room for people to move around. The fireplace added a nice atmosphere without making the room hot. The bathrooms and space were clean when we arrived. The Grange offers several table options which made it super easy for us to setup a kids zone, silent trivia area, and guest tables. Given that tables and chairs are included in the rental fee, it is fairly priced. A FEW BUMMERS While we wanted to have the garage doors open for an open-air feeling, it seemed that even the smallest bit of wind would knock over all of our decorations. Because we couldn't have the garage doors open, we did confine everything to indoors which changed our plans a bit with outdoor yard games as it wasn't super intuitive to go outside to the covered patio. We also would have liked to have been asked about the signage The Grange put outside. We had a co-ed baby shower but when we pulled up, the sign only listed the mother-to-be's name. Not a huge deal, but definitely could have been avoided. IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS A few things to note that may be important to you: 1. All setup, teardown, and cleaning is YOUR responsibility. So, if you don't want to haul tables and chairs, take out the trash, and mop the floor, this venue is not for you. (Note: We were made well aware of this prior to booking so it isn't a surprise but definitely a big consideration as it cuts into your rental time.) 2. The microphone works well for the main room but is very difficult to hear in the "back area" where the restrooms and food counters are. 3. When working on your budget, be sure to factor in the cost of getting event insurance as this is required and is an additional cost. (Again, we were made aware of this in advance so it wasn't a surprise.) 4. No table coverings/linens/tablecloths are provided so be sure you factor this into planning and your budget.”
