“The new owners, Tom & Laura, went above and beyond to make our weekend just what we had dreamed of. Their preferred vendor list made it easy for our planner to pull together just what we envisioned. The property is absolutely beautiful with views in every direction. Our special guests were able to stay on-site. There are plenty of rooms and cabins so that everyone could be comfortable and not have to travel. They have a lodge building with all en-suites a library & family room with fireplace and mountain views (every room has a balcony), bungalows with mountain views and cabins with jacuzzis and fireplaces in every cabin. So something for everyone. They arranged excursions for our guests to the Vineyard next door for live music and to the zipline & funpark closeby. There is a spa onsite if anyone would like massages, etc. They also have hiking trails and waterfalls on property as well as a secret waterfall that only guests know about.”

“Y’all… when I say this is the most beautiful and perfect wedding venue, I am not exaggerating. I am a yapper. I have absolutely zero issue sitting here and writing a THESIS on how perfect this venue is, but I also understand that nobody wants to read my 47 page dissertation, so I’ll summarize it with this: There is NOTHING I would have wanted different from this venue. The venue itself is stunning. Literally breathtaking. Every single space is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed, and I am still in awe that we got to have our wedding in a place this beautiful. The accommodations are incredible. Whether it’s the plethora of amazing Airbnb and lodging options nearby, the information provided by the venue, or the decor and items available onsite, everything they offer is genuinely invaluable. They have thought of SO many things that make planning and actually enjoying your wedding day easier. And the owners, Jess and Jody… literal saints. They are wonderful, beautiful humans who have curated such a special space. They have laid everything out in such a clear and direct way that you always know exactly what to expect, what is included, and what they bring to the table. There were never any mystery fees or confusing surprises. They are transparent, organized, and genuinely want you to have the best day possible. Y’all… and the BANG FOR YOUR BUCK. I was genuinely flabbergasted at how affordable this venue is considering EVERYTHING it offers. You get an absolutely gorgeous mountain venue, accommodations, decor, resources, incredible accessibility, vendor coordination, and so much more. It is an insane value. And the accessibility still astounds me. We got married on the top of a LITERAL MOUNTAIN, and my grandmothers were able to enjoy our entire wedding day without having mobility issues. That is something that meant so much to us, and it is entirely thanks to the way Jess and Jody designed and maintained this venue. The onsite accommodations are splendid. The way the venue coordinates with vendors is absolutely impeccable. Everything just WORKS. And then there’s the fact that Jess PARTIED WITH US. She stayed late into the night, was right there celebrating with us, and helped make our reception feel less like we were at a venue and more like we were celebrating with friends. The fact that there is NO END TIME meant our party kept going until 4 AM, and our guests are STILL talking about how late into the night the celebration lasted. Our wedding day was beyond perfect, and Nantahala Weddings played such a huge part in making it that way. We could not be more grateful that we chose this venue, and we genuinely cannot wait to continue using it as our go to spot for family portraits and special occasions in the future. So, if you’ve made it to the end of this and you’re STILL wondering whether you should consider Nantahala Weddings for your wedding, let me make the decision easier: TAKE A GANDER AT OUR PICTURES. That should probably tell you everything you need to know. ️”

  • Starts at $4,500

Our picturesque Venue offers everything you can dream of to ensure a memorable experience for you and your guests. Sitting on our 100 acre farm, RSF offers the serenity of a farm with a timeless and versatile event space.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Accommodates more than 200 guests

Venue considerations

  • No on-site guest accommodations
  • Not for you if you don't want a rustic vibe
  • Large venue, not ideal for small guest lists
“Where to begin. I will start off saying the most important – venue owners Amy and Shane Clark are truly some of the kindest people you will meet. The Venue at Rose Springs Farm was only the second venue my fiance (now husband) and I toured, but after meeting them and seeing the stunning venue I instantly knew we HAD to book it. I could just tell from that first encounter the passion, love, and joy they had for creating amazing wedding days. I went from feeling completely stressed about the task of planning a wedding to feeling like, “if I have the Clarks by my side I can totally do this.” So almost immediately we booked our date for about a year out and we also booked Amy to be our day-of-coordinator. Other than saying “yes” when Greg asked me to marry him, this was the best decision I made! Amy truly went above and beyond as a day-of-coordinator for us, and we are forever grateful. From many, many phone calls with me, either talking me out of a panic over the timeline or just brainstorming “what if” scenarios, to meetings in person where she helped me and my mom pick out the perfect décor from the HUGE stock of included items and helped me plan how the day would go. (Seriously, the décor closet is the place dreams are made of.) One of the many things I hold close to my heart and will remember forever was when I asked Amy and Shane how Greg and I could have a traditional Jewish wedding chuppah to get married under. Should I buy something? Should my dad try and build something? I showed them photos of a chuppah and I was met with “Oh! We can totally figure that out for you – we got you.” And they really did. Shane was able to construct two of the wedding arches they had together and Amy used her magic skills to make it beautiful with fabric and flowers. This is a perfect example of how the Clarks are, this is how they responded to anything at all during the planning process – with a kind and loving “we got you.” And Greg and I truly felt that. When it came to the wedding day we had no doubt in our mind the day would flow smoothly, and it did. If there was a hiccup – we didn't know about it! Amy did her day-of-coordinator duties beautifully and Shane kept the entire venue and staff running smoothly. Still to this day we do not know how he and his team manage to set up and take down chairs and move tables around so stealthy and quickly! Little things about that day that stood out in my mind that any couple thinking of booking Rose Springs Farm should know – the beautiful and spacious bridal suite had the sweetest mimosa bar set up for me and my bridesmaids. Lining up for the processional went so smoothly I didn't even realize it was happening until I heard my entrance song being played – that is how non-stressed they made me feel. The (included!) tealights were all lit on the tables when we walked into the reception space, and it was so twinkly and magical. Greg and I got a picnic basket at the end of the evening with food from our buffet and dessert in it. This made me tear up it was so sweet and made us able to have a cozy evening in the next night and relive the whole day over a meal we didn't have to worry about! When it comes to weddings, Amy and Shane REALLY, TRULY know what they are doing. I will recommend this venue to anyone I know who is getting married. I am so happy they are a part of our story and helped to get our “forever” off to a wonderful start. THANK YOU!”

Being able to have all of our friends and family in one spot for the welcome party and the wedding was just so amazing and also such a cool experience because it felt like a family reunion. Jami was incredibly helpful for us in planning and in setting up everything to look FANTASTIC both nights, seriously perfect. The entire staff is so helpful and friendly and they make you feel like you’re really at home there. “Robin & the team at Hi-Wire were such an incredible asset to our wedding weekend. They hosted our "Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Party" which was a trivia night that we hosted. The bartenders went above and beyond with the slideshow clicking duty while working the bar! They had all required electornic capabilities for our set up. We had some delay with the projector, but it was promptly fixed during the meet and greet portion of our night. The venue is spacious with plenty of room for our 70 guests. The photobooth was such a fun additional! The bar had plenty of options, including options other than Hi-Wire beers. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of space. We were able to snag some photos over in the tasting room/cannery and those turned out to be some of my absolute favorite from the weekend. The bright colors of all the cans made for such a fun backdrop. We absolutely loved working with everyone at the Event Space!”

“If I were to tell you my true feelings about Twisty Maple and event manager Jessie, you would probably think I'm obsessed and I would probably run out of characters. So read this review with the idea that I'm working on 50% capacity here. Twisty Maple was absolutely, positively the best venue my partner and I could have picked to host our family and friends for a wedding ceremony and celebration. It felt like a home away from home, not only because my family set up shop and stayed in the house for a week leading up to our wedding; but also because of the warmth and care that guests can feel built into every inch of the place. My partner and I chose Twisty as our venue as soon as we had a virtual call and tour with Jessie, before we had even seen the space in person. We we so immediately at ease with Jessie, who already felt like a family friend, and could tell that she cared deeply about the home and property. Jesse and the Twisty team genuinely want to share the space with folks, evidenced by a willingness to host atypical activities (I was at one point convinced I wanted an on-site smoker for a whole hog and Jessie was totally game) and offering of a garageful of event decor at no cost (including signage, bud vases, candle holders, baskets, barrels, and SO much more). Leading up to the big day, Jessie graciously offered her contact information to my and my partner's moms for any logistical questions related to the home rental, which helped enormously in saving time and stress. We were greeted by a welcome sign with the names of family members staying at the home and a thoughtful gift basket with goodies for my partner and I, including keepsake Twisty Maple mugs which are adorable. It was so great to have the space leading up to our event for family time and DIY-ing and resting. I am so grateful to Jessie for sharing Twisty Maple with my family and friends. The space will forever hold such a special space in my heart and I hope you, dear reader, have the opportunity to make unforgettable memories here too.”
