We are a full service caterer in the Texas Hill Country. My husband and I started catering in 2009. We are humbled by the growth of our business and the amount of weddings we are apart of each year. We do a little bit of everything food wise and are always willing to customized the a unique menu for each special occasion.

We are a private family boutique business working alongside our 4 children to teach them work ethic and business principles. My husband is an attorney and the “meat master” of the operation and I am a former pro makeup artist who now bosses people around about their appetizers and their aesthetic. We attended so many events where the food just sucked…..we knew we could do better and here we are, killing it in catering!!

Hunter and Amy Huffman launched their hospitality group with the opening of Mesquite at the Warehouse in August of 2024, within historic building of Woerner Warehouse. A modern, upscale southern dining concept that features a large emphasis on fresh salads and gourmet sandwiches. Along with the delectable slow roasted meats and locally grown produce to house made sweets and bread, Mesquite at the Warehouse tries to embody excellence around all aspects of hospitality and central Texas community.
