After contacting numerous DJs, we found that many were slow to respond, lacked transparent pricing, or spent more time trying to upsell us on extras we didn't want than learning about our vision. Jeff was exactly the opposite. Communication was prompt and effortless, his pricing was fair and transparent, and he offered everything we were looking for, including sound systems for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, as well as attending our rehearsal to ensure the ceremony music went smoothly. The true measure of a great wedding vendor, though, is how they handle the unexpected. During our reception, a miscommunication left our wedding coordinator absent for much of the evening. “Love & Light Entertainment was the perfect DJ choice for our wedding. From the beginning, Josh and Lynn were incredibly organized, responsive, and attentive to all the details. They worked closely with our wedding coordinator to ensure the music and timing for the night ran seamlessly. Josh was especially flexible and collaborative, working with us to create a custom dinner playlist where each table was called up to the buffet line by a song from the album on their table. This personal touch was a huge hit with our guests. We had a smoke machine for our first dance that was having trouble, Josh fixed it enough to use it for some of the dancing throughout the night. We had put some songs on the dancing section of the portal that is set up for each couple (which is amazing) those songs were not played during the reception. There was a requests page and we probably should have put the songs we really wanted there, it is more direct than putting it on the dancing section, something for others to keep in mind. Josh also played a groomsmen and bridesmaids song. The groomsmen’s song was perfect for them, if I had known, I probably would have changed the bridesmaids choice. We loved the music that was picked and everyone continues to tell us how they had not seen a wedding where the dance floor was full the whole time. We also continue to get positive comments on how great the music choices were. Everyone loved our phone audio guest book. Josh let us use any phone we wanted as long as it had the cables he needed which is great when wanting to have a phone that matches your theme. Love & Light has a variety of services and packages to pick and choose from to meet anyone’s needs. Overall, Love & Light provided professional, high-quality service that exceeded our expectations and helped make our wedding day truly special.”

“Jeremy with Jamz Events provided the music and acted as MC for my wedding and a wedding of a friend. The weddings were different environments and a different crowd, but Jeremy created the perfect atmosphere for both. He was completely stress free to work with, gave good insight and recommendations on song choice where my wife and I had no strong ideas, and most importantly the dance floor was non-stop fun all night. I can’t recommend this business enough, you won’t regret it!!”

Phil was so kind, attentive, and truly knocked the ball out of the park on all fronts. His communication was stellar & he created so many parts of our perfect day. Through all of the planning, day of curveballs, set up & break down, Phil truly showed up for us. His professionalism and passion for what he does shines through in every aspect of his business. Phil & his team were an immense pleasure to work with & we would choose to work with them over & over again. I couldn't recommend a better DJ, officiant, or overall lover of weddings more than Phil.
