My name is Russell and I am a full-time recording and performing artist. I do both solo and full band shows every weekend and would love to play for your event! I have been playing harp for over 50 years. I love to play for weddings and receptions in the Central Texas area and have been doing so since 1970. I am a retired Biology teacher, having taught for 22 years. After I retired I started teaching the Suzuki Method to young people and adults and I find this very rewarding. I have lived in the Killeen/Harker Heights for 41 years. My husband, Dennis, and I have one son and two grandchildren. I have played with the Temple Symphony, the Temple College Orchestra, the Central Texas Master Singers, and I was in the TCU Orchestra when I attended college.

Unfaded Brass Band is comprised of 10 members from New Orleans and surrounding areas that have assembled together to incorporate elements of hip-hop, jazz, soul, and pop music and added the brass band framework to it. . The band has members from Mississippi, but most were born and raised in New Orleans. After being displaced by Hurricane Katrina in 2005, members of the band fled to Dallas and planted their roots within the city.
